Spacious 3400 sq. ft. luxury 4 bedroom beautiful mountain retreat is located in the exclusive Weisshorn section of Breckenridge, less than 1/2 mile from the center of town & less than five minutes from the slopes of Breckenridge Ski Resort. It's great for either winter or summer use. At the end of the street, you can avail of a local free bus to take you in to town or to the ski lifts!

Kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter tops and high end kitchen accessories where any gourmet chef will feel at home. Seating for four at kitchen island. Relax on two oversized couches in front of a gas burning fireplace with a new 48 inch flat screen TV above it.

Dining Room with comfortable seating for 10 with entrance to deck.

Master Bedroom has a King size bed, private deck, 36' TV, walk-in closet & full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub & a separate shower and double sink vanity. And a desk if you needto work!

2nd Upstairs Bedroom has two queen beds with private bathroom & TV.

3rd & 4th Bedrooms are on the main floor, with a queen sized bed in each & shared bathroom.

Recreation Room that is equipped with a full size pool table, gas fireplace, a 50' HDTV & DVD player which can be enjoyed from the comfort of plush leather couches. Wi-fi high-speed Internet connection. Private half bathroom.

Family ski trip was great. The home was well-maintained and clean. The host was very responsive. It was about a 5-7 minute drive to The Village. The hot tub was nice to soak in after a day of skiing. We could see the fireworks on New Year’s Eve from the back deck. The pool table was nice to have for the kids and adults to play. Would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen is extremely well stocked with every appliance and gadget one could possibly need, the hot tub was at the perfect temperature and well maintained. Our family had the perfect thanksgiving experience.

The condo was under construction when we checked in. We could not stay in the codo in thus condition. Finally talked to the host. She did get us another condo. I think this is unacceptable . We should receive a large compensation.

Beautiful house. Master bed and bath are very nice. Two living areas, pool table, hot tub, and garage space. 3 minute walk to shuttle stop making easy access to town or skiing. Owner very responsive to any issues.

This place was perfect!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving break with the family. We had an engagement, a birthday, and everything in between. This place is perfect for a big group. It is well-equipped with everything you could imagine. The pictures don't do this place justice - it is beautiful and spacious!!! And it is easy to get to town, whether by walking or via the bus. THANK YOU!

We celebrated my birthday here with 8 friends, and it was everything we could have asked for! Plenty of space, and had every amenity we wanted or needed. Communication with Norma was easy & always accessible, it was perfect! I hope to book this again in the future!

Big home needing a refresh

The house has a lot of room and is in a good location. While garage had a lot of owners' stuff, it was convenient to get in out of the rain. While they note that there is an apartment on the property, we did not realize it shares the same front door and garage. Keep in mind that this review is for a summer rental, I'm sure the winter vibe is different. House has been rented for years and is in need of some reinvestment. Linens and towels need replaced. I repaired dining chairs to use. Home only has one king bed and it was broken upon arrival. Owners responded quickly and had it repaired the next day. The primary bedroom with ensuite is upstairs and heated up to 80 degrees for the first 6 days of our month-long stay. Owner suggested "opening up" the house to cool it down. Problem is that none of the 6 windows in this bedroom open. Another note on this room is there are also 4 skylights, and the windows are uncovered so it was very light by 6am daily. The stairs from the upper deck down to the lower deck and hot tub were completely broken and unsafe. We blocked them off for the entire stay as the maintenance man never returned to repair them. Lower deck is also in need of repair as hot tub is collapsing the center. The yard was so grown up with weeds and stickers that it was unusable. They did bring me a weed eater so I could clear the yard making room for our dog to go outside. The yard behind the home was littered with construction debris and other garbage.

Good stay

While we enjoyed the house, there were some issues we wish had been better. With a 9.6 rating, it didn't quite get there. Master bedroom mattress should be replaced. 1 dining room chair had a bolt fall out. Stairway to the hot tub needs significant repair or condemned. Speakers through the house apparently don't work.

Excellent Location, Great Space

Place was just as nice as advertised. Separate Living Room, TV Room, and Dining Room made it easy to have multiple things going on at the same time. Hot tub was lovely, though you are in eyeshot of the neighbors' back yards. No A/C was not a problem, as the nights are quite cool in the summer. The pool table cues had broken tips, but it sounds like something the owner is working on fixing.

Great House!

Wonderful house for friends to get together and have a relaxing and fun weekend. House was one of the BEST stocked rentals I've ever experienced which was wonderful for cooking/hosting. Loved the amount of space, hot tub, grill, and house was very clean/organized upon arrival. The hosts were quick to respond for any needs and flexible with early check-in. Will definitely be booking again for a fun stay in the future.

Breckenridge house

The house was a great location and perfect for my family. Norma was easy to communicate with. We didn't realize there was also an apartment connected to the house but it was very quiet and we never heard the people staying there.

Perfect location to downtown

The house has everything you need. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you’ll need to cook and have some meals in. House is very roomy. We have six adults and two children and everyone had plenty of space. Two separate living rooms made for a perfect setup to spread out. Location is perfect. Five min drive to down town. Grocery store super close The beds downstairs were not quite as comfy as the ones upstairs but that would be the one and only thing that we could possibly have complained about. Norma checked in several times to make sure we were doing ok. Perfect perfect perfect host!! : )
