Perfectly positioned in the heart of town, this inviting mountain retreat blends classic ski-town character with cozy, functional comfort. The living area features a warm gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect space to unwind after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals at home, while the dining area is ideal for gathering over dinner or game nights. A rare highlight of this property is the private outdoor hot tub, offering the perfect place to soak under the stars after skiing, hiking, or exploring town. Designed for couples or small families, this condo delivers both comfort and convenience in a prime mountain setting.

    Guests enjoy the added benefit of access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex located nearby. Please note the Upper Village Pool is closed for seasonal maintenance from April 19, 2026 through May 22, 2026, and again from September 14, 2025 through November 21, 2025.

    Situated just across the street from the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver SuperChair, this condo offers one of the most walkable locations in Breckenridge. Guests can easily access skiing, hiking trails, Main Street shops and restaurants, the Riverwalk Center, and seasonal festivals—all without needing a vehicle.

This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Good location to walk to Main Street, and lifts easily. Place itself needs a refresh and update…badly. Furniture cabinets counters are really worn, a cabinet door came off. The blinds were not all working. Spend a few bucks.

Great Location

Great location and loved the private hot tub and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Walking to the lift and into town was the best part about the location. Would stay again.

Great Location at the base of Peak 9

Great location and has plenty of room. We had our family of 4 stay at the location. Our teenagers each grabbed room on the ground level, each had their own TV and bathroom, a treat for them. Easy walking distance to Quicksilver lift with plenty of locker space to put a few pair of shoes in located at the base. If you are looking for great value, space within the Condo, Hot Tub, plenty of room to cook and play board games, and a parking spot within the garage, as well as walking distance to main street at the ski lift, then this is your spot.

Summer Wedding

Property is in a great location that is an easy walk to downtown. There are a couple of minor maintenance items (kitchen faucet won’t switch out of spray mode due to a broken switch button, one of the downstairs shower controls are loose and need replaced) but overall it was a great place to stay.

Family vacation

Overall everything was fine, home could use some updates to furniture. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on as the cushions kept sliding forward. The upstairs was very warm even with the winds open and the downstairs was like an ice box. Had to check in at another location to get the keys. The front door still required an actual key instead of having a code so we had to make sure we always had a key on us. Great proximity to downtown, very walkable.

Great Ski locations

Perfect for 3 couples, each have their own attached bathrooms. The location is great for skiers, 6-minute walk to Quick Silver lift or across the street is the free shuttle stop and a quick 5-minute ride to the Beaver Run lift. Main street was less than a ten-minute walk. Truely did not need our car once we got there. The Condo was clean and in great shape. The management company is not very responsive, we requested more wash clothes, we didn't have enough for 6 people and dish towels, since we only had one. They never brough the towels. The only complaint I got (I was the planner) was the heating, had hot and cold spots. The lower-level bedrooms were hot, and the master suite was cold. Besides that, it was great and would stay there again.

Absolutely do not rent from Great Western Lodging

We have stayed in various locations in Breckenridge/Vail/Beaver Creek/Snowmass over the last 10 years. I have never in history had such a horrible experience as this past week. The unit had a massive hole in the master bedroom wall that was “covered” with plastic. There was no place in the listing that stated the hole was under construction. Temps dipped to 0-15 degrees all week. The room was miserably cold. There were space heaters that we used and it was still miserable. If we would have known the unit was under construction , we would not have rented. We didn’t want to complain so we stayed 6 nights. Upon checkout, we addressed the issue with the desk clerk -who refused to give his name and stated he was the managers. He immediately became defensive and down right argumentative, blaming the customer saying we should’ve asked for more space heaters. NO- you should’ve been honest in the listing and let me know that the house was under construction. He asked us to leave and said we insulted him!!! Unbelievable- I cannot believe this company is being run this way. We left, he then called me 10 minutes later and said we had pets in the unit and he knows for a fact that we had a pet in the unit last year and we would never be allowed to rent there again. My son lives in Denver and came by to visit a couple of days and had his pup when he stopped by. We cleaned the entire unit from top to bottom before we left both times. The arrogance from these people is almost shocking. DO NOT EVER rent from this arrogant, inconsiderate, very poorly run, dishonest company.

Breckinridge ski squad

We went skiing with my sister & brother in law, my niece & her boyfriend. The place was very spacious & had its own hot tub. It was conveniently located close to downtown & to the Quicksilver lift. Only drawback was the gas fireplace only worked the first night.

Superb property with a location that can’t be beat

This condo has two stories of living space with 3 bedrooms. We used the outdoor grill on two occasions and the kitchen had everything we needed. We used the personal hot tub on the deck every night. What a pinnacle experience! Great way to bring in the new year.

Loved it!

Our group was very impressed with this property! Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom, the cleanliness, the size of the living room was fun to all hang out together. The location of the property was excellent for walking to downtown entertainment and also hiking! Would definitely stay here again!

Short but terrific visit!

The property was large and so very convenient to the ski school and Main Street. One knob in downstairs bathroom was broken so no showering in that particular bathroom but the kitchen had everything one could want or need.

Just as it appears...

We had a great mini vacation at this property. It was clean, and everything went smoothly. The kitchen is fully equipped and it felt like home. The only negative was having to take the shuttle bus to the slopes. You could walk like the description says, but it brings you to one of the more crowded lifts on the mountain. We did walk home each day. All in all though, we had a great time and would highly recommend this rental!

Great Location

Nice property and location. It's a 3 (maybe 4) person hot tub just as a note in case you were looking for larger. Check in left some to be desired, we arrived at 3pm for a 4 pm check in. We were given a very unwelcoming and curt, come back at 4 as "housekeeping hasn't checked in yet that it's clean." After driving by the property to map out where it was (nothing else to do for an hour), housekeeping had already completed it so we went back to ask again. Again, very curt but at least this time was able to convince them to make the proactive phone call to housekeeping after which we were given the keys. I get it, check in time is check in time but common courtesy/politeness would've been appreciated. Other than that, good stay.

One Breckenridge Place 17 Stay

We really enjoyed the location of this property!! It was very close to the Beaver Run ski lifts. You could walk down about 100 yards towards town to a parking lot and catch a bus to the lift. Buses run every 15 minutes and it is about a 3 minute ride right to the lift. If you want to walk, it is probably a 5 minute walk up hill. The property is also just across the street from Main Street (3 minute walk) which was perfect if you wanted to go out on the town for a bit. The condo itself was nice! Our only complaints were the cleanliness and size of the hot tube and the beds downstairs were uncomfortable. The hot tube was VERY cloudy, especially during the day! Overall, we hade a very good time and enjoyed our stay!
