    This beautiful home is perfect for your next family trip or friend gathering. Imagine your next vacation cozied up by the fire, playing games and connecting with loved ones. Just 3-5 minutes to downtown Breckenridge. Tons of hiking trails all around!

    5 bedrooms (3 queen rooms, 1 king room, 1 "kids room" with 3 twin beds and a loft area), 4 full bathrooms (3 with standing showers, 1 shower/tub combo). This spacious home will give you room to spread out while still being together. A state of the art kitchen will be perfect to cook meals together should you wish to stay in for a night. Two living rooms so everyone has space to hang out! Smart TVs throughout, washer/dryer for your use, a new hot tub, 2 wood burning fireplaces, and a fire pit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean. There was plenty of room for the two families that stayed. The kitchen is stocked well with utensils, pots, and pans. The host was also very helpful and responsive to all questions.Would definitely stay again!

What an amazing experience staying at Spruce Creek Lodge! This place had everything we could think of and more. We traveled from Nebraska to stay near Breckenridge for some skiing and everyone in our party was super impressed with the location and amenities of this property! Everything was as described on the listing, and the location is so perfect as it's just outside Breck. The space was more than enough for our family of 9, which was 7 adults and two kids. The hot tub was huge and we enjoyed it every day after skiing. Everything was clean and well maintained and I had nice communication with the property owner. Of we come back to Breck this will definitely be a property for us to reserve again!

We had a wonderful time! There was a mixup with the cleaning crew. They hadn't cleaned the cabin, but once I reached out to the management group, it was fixed right away. It was a perfect location - close to Breckenridge, yet in the woods/forest. Beautiful views from the patio!

Great Location

Beautiful home in a great location! We spent tons of time on the back deck playing the games available on property! Short drive to Breckenridge made it easy to hike, eat and have fun.

Cozy, Comfortable, and Convenient

Our family of 7 enjoyed the property and its views. The management group was quick to respond to questions and stayed on top of the snow maintenance. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

Convenient location. House had Hills and sleding equipment so you didn’t have to leave the house if you didn’t want to. Great place for kids. House is in great condition and property management was super responsive!

Wonderful house for all ages. Very responsive - we were traveling with our 1 and 3 year olds and they made sure we had a pack n play and high chair, which was above and beyond. Thank you!

Birthday weekend trip

Had a great time at this house! Hot tub was super nice and big enough for our group. The house was huge and had pretty much everything we needed. Beds were comfy. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear people in kitchen from downstairs but that’s pretty typical in a big cabin. Location was great to Breckenridge. Would stay here again.

Best Spring Break Vacation

It was the best time ever! Everyone loved the cabin and all the snow. It was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Being so close to Breckenridge was great too. We hope to return again another year. 💙
