Este espacioso, 1534 pies cuadrados, casa de pueblo de tres niveles cuenta con dos dormitorios, un loft y tres baños.

    La lengua característica sala de estar y comedor y surco, haz techos abovedados y una decoración única de montaña. El salón está amueblado con dos cómodos sofás y una silla lateral que todos proporcionan amplios asientos frente a la grande, roca, chimenea de gas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was inviting and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location was superb; quiet area but easy walk to town. We didn't have to get in our car at all once we arrived. We would definitely recommend this to other families.

This property was perfect for our family of four. We loved the kitchen and the loft and the views and the location. The pool and hot tubs were terrific as well. Host was helpful and communicative and accommodating. Look forward to renting from them again!

Great time with the family and close to everything

Loved the 3 bathrooms, very close hot tubs and parking right next to the door. Received texts from the manager as to key location and things to do in the area. Had a great time with our family.

We really enjoyed our stay—the location was fantastic and very convenient to downtown and our favorite leaf peeping spots. We especially loved that each of us had our own bathroom. That said, the unit could definitely use some TLC. There are a few areas that need attention, as it felt like it was a bit worn and in need of some fixes. Overall, we had a good experience, but with a little extra care this place could be truly great.

The property location was great. We enjoyed the easy walk to town for shopping and dining. My daughter had altitude sickness and received excellent care at Summit Urgent Care (less than 1/2 mile away) and High Country Oxygen.The unit itself was like stepping back in time to the 1980s. The carpet had debris when we arrived. The unit had 1 box fan that did not stand on its own. And for temps in the 70s we could have used fans. It was really warm at night. Why do people in the mountains just deal with hot indoor spaces?! We found that outlets did not work well. And the unit overall was dark especially downstairs. Not light and airy as shown in the pictures. Oh, and the laundry (2 in quarters - who travels with quarters?!) was down dark steps to a locked room that was really creepy. We opted to use the Breckenridge laundry mat instead. A couple of interesting characters doing laundry but got 4 loads washed/dried in 1 hour. It’s also odd to not be given the property address until the exact time of check in. Other VRBO rentals give out the address a week in advance. We loved Breck but would find another property next time.

Weekend Retreat

I love the fact that it is within walking distance to anything in town. We were able to leave the truck parked all weekend. The house creaked and moaned when the heat kicked on, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, we had a great weekend and would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Wonderful Ski Week

The condo was perfect for us. The heat wasn’t working at first but one call and they had someone out there to fix it. Short walk to lift and into town and best of all was the door to door shuttle service!! Would stay here again! Thank you for everything!
