Shekel Chalet is a by-owner managed luxury rental home in Breckenridge, Colorado. Enjoy stunning panoramic mountain views of the Ten-Mile range on the large mountain-facing deck and relaxing in the top-end Jacuzzi tub with multiple pro-jets. This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 dining areas, and 2 living rooms (1 main living area off the kitchen on main floor and 1 separate living/game room downstairs). This is a perfect place for a large family vacation with separate spaces for adults and children or a larger group looking for space. Also includes Pack ‘n Play, high chair and several games and puzzles for entertainment.
Home has an open floor plan with the kitchen open to the dining and living area. The spacious kitchen features a large center island with counter height seating, dining area with large table and separate breakfast table overlooking beautiful mountain views. Enjoy granite counter tops, stainless appliances and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware (pots, pans, etc…), food processor, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, etc. The main living area features two-story floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful mountain views and a stone surrounded gas remote controlled fireplace with a large 50” Smart HDTV with cable and Netflix. The second living/game room is downstairs and also features a large sectional sofa with a 60” Smart HDTV with cable and Netflix.
Enjoy the convenience of an attached two-car garage with plenty of space to store your ski equipment during the winter or bikes in the summer. This home is located in the Silver Shekel neighborhood, just minutes from the Town of Breckenridge, ski area, golf course and Nordic center. If you’re looking for new ski runs, Copper and Keystone are only about a 20 minute drive. You’re also walking distance to the Summit Stage bus stop with access to free shuttles where you can catch a ride into Breckenridge or other towns such as Frisco or Dillon in Summit County if you’re adventurous. During ski season, enjoy the convenience of the free shuttle parking lot only a few minutes away where you can catch a free shuttle on the Red Route.
