The home itself was fine. It was lacking in basic necessities for cooking (no oil, salt, pepper, etc). It sleeps 8 people but only provided coffee for 4 cups for a 2 night stay. The home is dated but we were comfortable. The elevator also only works intermittently so you need to use the stairs to get to the 3rd floor, which is a tough in ski boots.The big problem is the property managers. I texted the day before departing as well as the morning of departing to get instructions on what to do with the keys. The instructions they sent had a coding glitch which left an html code where the instructions should have been. I also called and left a voicemail. No response across any of these forms of communication. I called again about an hour later and someone picked up immediately. She was EXTREMELY rude as I expressed frustration that we’ve been waiting to depart and had no instructions. We were trying to get out to ski and she was giving sooooo much attitude. I actually called her out and she said “it’s not my fault we had someone call out this morning and I just arrived.” I called her out for her attitude again and she did everything in her power to be as difficult as possible. I will never rent with Ski Country rentals again.Note that you have to pick up and return keys to another location a 10 min drive away, which is frustrating since they say they have a crew coming to the unit after you depart. They could have picked up the keys themselves and made it easier.

Great location and stay

The place was actually pretty spacious. The listing was as described. The kitchen was also fully functional and stocked with bowls, cups, utensils, etc. honestly such a great place I would return if my annual snowboarding trip brings me back to Breckinridge.

Yearly snowboarding trip

Good property for group of six adults, plenty of room/space. Clean and well kept, if a bit dated. Walking distance to Peak 9 and downtown, super convenient. One "issue" we had, there is no washer/drying IN the unit but one is available. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Great Location

A short walk to both the ski lift and main street! Never needed to use my car. Great getaway for a large group. Some stains on carpet and comforters, but overall clean for the price! I wish the check in was a lockbox or keypad at the same property, but the current one was very easy to access and had no problem (just a little inconvenient).

Great location to town and lifts

Location of condo is perfect for access to Main Street and the lifts. The shuttle, when running is an excellent perk. The condo has a nice layout and overall was comfortable. Could use a bit of a modernization.

Great place to come with friends!

My friends and I had an awesome time staying at this property. Given it is one of the only places I could find that doesn’t have an age requirement of 25+ it was a lifesaver for our trip to Breckenridge! The communal hang out space is a large space with three cozy couches for at least 8 people and the bed layout is great for those that want to go to sleep early while others can stay up chatting. The hot tub location is perfect as well as the distance to the main road and the ski rental/lift. Highly recommend this place for a friend reunion or family get away!

Condo was as advertised

Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped to cook for a group of 8. Beds were comfortable. Our group consisted of 5 teenagers that walked easily to base of peak 9. They skiied peak 8 and 9 but liked 9 better because it was less crowded. Also peak 9 had more blacks. As for the older and younger the free ride share was easy to access. We would stay there again
