This home is within walking distance from the 8-Passenger BreckConnect Gondola and Snowflake lift, so you'll have the mountain slopes right at your fingertips. If you're a beginner, you'll love skiing slopes like Snowflake and Peerless, and the more advanced members of the group can enjoy shredding Cashier and Bonanza. When you need a break from the mountain, take some personal time with a trip to the community sauna, pool, and, hot tub or get your heart rate up with a visit to the shared fitness center. The suite's full kitchen has everything you need to stun your guests with a delicious meal and you can serve up to four guests at the dining table.

Nearby, you'll find food, coffee, clothing, and even an escape room at Street Station, and there is a book store, upscale shoes and clothing, food joints, and tattoos available at Towne Square Mall. Check out some of the area's best restaurants like The Canteen Tap House and Tavern, Amazing Grace, Downstairs At Eric's, and Flip Side Breckenridge, all less than five miles from this home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Check in was easy. It was a plus to have a parking space. Kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed for two people. And it is just two blocks from downtown! Street noise, but we weren't bothered by it. It mostly died down after midnight, and we left our door open. Definitely, would stay here again!

They bathroom facilities in the room could be updated and the location staff was not helpful or friendly! Other than that it was a perfect stay!

VRBO needs to cut ties with Vacasa. They are a terrible company with awful customer service. It’s such a badly run company that many people actually believe it’s a scam. My room’s power went out for a full day and I only got a 40 refund, which only covered the food that spoiled in my fridge. My entire day’s plans were ruined and they took forever to get me in a new room. A 40 refund for this huge hassle that was entirely the company’s fault? Really? I should have believed the terrible reviews. The rooms weren’t bad despite some broken faucets, but it is still absolutely not worth booking with Vacasa. With the amount of terrible reviews of this company, I’m amazed VRBO doesn’t cut ties with them.

Great location, although a bit noisy from street traffic. No AC and the bed was a little too firm. The hot tub was not operating. Overall a little dated but a decent value.

The awesome to the meh

So a few things here....lots of positives but a few issues. Positives.... Friendly staff and service with Vacasa. Location (also in the bad for Summer) in Summer and Winter. There is a trail right across the street that takes you to the mountains. So in the Winter you could ski right down to the front door. In the Super easy access to the trails. You are about 200 yards to the Gondola. Awesome Parking situation. Great pots and pans, etc. Got tubs were nice. Amazing access to Main Street. The bad: Summer.....this room is on sunset side and no ac. I am used to that in CO. Here is the issue.....open a window, right? Well doing that in this unit..... windows face one. Of the busiest streets in town and very noisy. (This wouldn't be an issue in winter). Cooking wise.....I have done a lot of VRBOs. Some places with azing supplies...... better bring your own here.....not even salt and pepper provided. Fitness center was like an after thought in set-up and efforts to maintain I enjoyed the condo. Just some things to be aware of if you stay here.

venue in Breckenridge

I love this town! However my stay at the Mountain River Lodge was less than anticipated. Check in process was cumbersome and not at the facility. Staff was indifferent, cold and not helpful. Room was on busy street with poor window coverings and noisy. TV was not working upon arrival and took several calls to get fixed. Technician was excellent once he arrived. Will look for another condo at this location for summer stay.
