Welcome to the pinnacle of luxury lodging in all of Breckenridge. One Ski Hill Place is the most desirable ski-in/ski-out residence throughout all of Breckenridge Ski Resort and this 4 bedroom penthouse is the largest, most opulent unit in the building.

If you prefer convenience and luxury, this is the property for you.
Breckenridge's most convenient and exclusive ski-in/ski-out building, One Ski Hill Place, offers a boutique hotel atmosphere. Skip the crowd, walk right out your back door to the Rocky Mountain Superchair, Colorado Superchair and 5 Chair at the base of Peak 8. Take advantage of Ski Hill Grill, T-Bar and The Living Room for après-ski conveniently located just downstairs.

Our condo boasts penthouse style living with lavish mountain modern updates. Vaulted ceilings, newer furnishing and renovated finishes. This specific unit is light and bright, modern and refreshing. Professionally designed to savor the rustic mountain feel while blending new and modern finishes. With every inch of this condo fully updated, this is the nicest and most extravagant unit in the building. Because this is a top floor, center unit, we boast EPIC SLOPESIDE VIEWS. This condo is absolutely unbeatable and one-of-a-kind.

One Ski Hill Place is an upscale, boutique-style building. Sitting on the base of Peak 8, the convenience is unparalleled. We provide private ski lockers exclusively for your use during your stay. Wake up to fresh powder in the morning and simply walk out the back door to be the first person on the lift! One Ski Hill is exclusive only to owners and guests so you never have to fight crowds in the building. Jump on the gondola (which stops directly outside our building) and head over to Peak 7 for additional ski runs. You can also ride the gondola down the mountain into town while enjoying the stunning views along the way. One Ski Hill also provides access to a FREE shuttle for the duration of your stay. It will pick you up at the building and drop you off anywhere near downtown Breckenridge. Ready to head home after a nice dinner and drinks? Call the shuttle and they will take you back home. After parking in the (free) garage, you don't have to retrieve your car until your stay has come to an end.

The whole condo is reserved solely for your stay. You'll have access to the private ski lockers, indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tubs, bowlings alley and theater room on site.

We offer free, underground, garage parking for 1 vehicle during your reservation. You have access to a free shuttle that will take you to or drop you off any location within Breckenridge. The "Breck Connect" gondola stops directly at our building and goes over to the neighboring property, Crystal Peak, as well as down into town. (The shuttle does cease operations during the "off season").

There will be a non-refundable 10% fee for every booking on this platform.

Wonderful place!

We had a truly fantastic stay at this property. The views and location cannot be beat. The ski school check in is steps away and there is access to multiple lifts right outside the door. The ski valet for the building is a huge asset. The condo’s kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of towels and everything we could need to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Place to Stay in Breckenridge!

This is the absolute perfect place to stay in Breckenridge. We took our 3 kids (10-14 years old, beginner skiers). The location is amazing -- right next to the ski school, the lifts to Peak 8, and the gondola to Main Street. This is critical if you have younger kids and/or beginner skiers who might not want to be on the mountain all day. The condo is amazing -- spacious, clean and has everything you need for cooking meals. The host is amazing -- Katie is super-responsive and provides very detailed directions. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Breckenridge!

Wow!…. Doesn’t get any better!

Penthouse was perfect and nicely furnished. It was one of the greatest stays and I would not hesitate to book again. I’d say it’s one of the top places if you want to be slopeside with numerous lifts right out your door.

Amazing place!

We were shocked at how big this place is! It's also gorgeous, clean, and well appointed. Definitely recently renovated and loved the decor. We had everything we needed and more! Beds were very comfortable. showers were great. Location could not be better. The view from the condo is amazing. Ski in/Ski out on Peak 8 and the property has great amenities. We rented out the bowling alley which was a great activity when it was too cold to be outside, pool and hot tub were great, had a drink in the bar, and used the easy shuttle to get to and from main street for dinner. We'll absolutely try and stay again!

The BEST ski in ski out condo in Breckenridge!

This luxurious penthouse condo blew us away! Located on the top floor of the most sought after building in Breck, One Ski Place. The absolute best part is the proximity to the ski lifts as the resort sits at the bottom of Peak 8! The views of the ski slopes from every window were unreal - our kids were in snowboard lessons and we were able to watch them from the condo balconies and windows. If you ski/snowboard, this place is your dream come true! The building has all the amenities you could ask for, underground parking garage, swimming pool/hot tub/steam room, bowling alley, spa & ski lockers. The condo is super spacious, great set up for one or multiple families or a large group of friends. Mountain chic furnishings, very comfortable beds & gorgeous bathrooms. Gourmet kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking and enjoying meals! We really liked the closets in the entryway for coats and boots. Short drive to downtown, take the gondola which is a 2 minute walk from the condo or a free shuttle that comes right to the entrance to pick you up. The host was responsive and helpful. This condo provides a true VIP experience to its guests, couldn't have asked for a better stay! We had an amazing time here!
