Ski in/Out Central Condo Hot Tubs and Amenities
Experience everything Breck has to offer from this newly renovated Village studio condo. Ski-in/ski-out, located at the base of Peak 9 & steps from Main Street and excellent shopping and dining. Enjoy the updated pool/hot tubs/gym/sauna/steam room/game room/movie room on site. Open year-round!
Free Parking for 1 car in the underground parking garage is included at no extra charge but not guaranteed until reserved.

Features:
• Studio features a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
• Full kitchen open to the living room equipped with everything needed to make a full meal.
• Large bathroom with a double vanity, toilet closet and separate shower/tub area
Location:
• Located in the Peak 9 Inn building int the Village, at the base of Peak 9 and next to the Quicksilver lift.
• Walk just 1 block to some of Breckenridge's finest restaurants
• Coffee shop Unravel located just across from the condo building in the Gravity Haus building
• Plenty of shopping nearby with quirky stores like Ohana and Marigold's Farmhouse Funk and Junk
PARKING:
Guests have the ability to park 1 car in the underground garage (height restriction 7'6"). A parking reservation must be made by the host so parking cannot be guaranteed until the time of booking. Cancellation without penalty will be offered if a parking space cannot be reserved.

• Indoor/outdoor pool with specific kid area
• Several large in-ground outdoor hot tubs
• Fitness Center
• Sauna
• Steam Room
• Game room with arcade games and billiards
• Gas BBQ grill
• Elevator
• On-site ski shop that provides complimentary ski check
• On-site dining and coffee shop
• Paid laundry is available onsite (private to our floor, shared with six other units). Payment is online, no change or money required.
*Monday, May 5th – Friday, May 9th: Health Club CLOSED for Annual Maintenance and Crane Assembly
§ ALL areas will be CLOSED, including: the community room, sauna, steam room, bathrooms, fitness center, pool, hot tubs, and movie room
***PLEASE NOTE, there will be an ongoing window replacement project on the exterior of the adjacent building, facing this condo from May 1st to October 29th. There may be some noise and visual impacts, with scaffolding likely covering the entire building across from the condo. If you are booking during this timeframe, please acknowledge in your booking message that you understand and are aware of this building project. Rates have been lowered slightly to account for this***
Peak 9 is scheduled to close April 13th, 2025.
Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.
PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt & pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities, a hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper, towels and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
• There is no air conditioning (most places up here do not have it!).
• There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
• This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.***
• Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
• The minimum age to rent is 21
