KITCHEN: The well-appointed chef's kitchen provides high-performance appliances, offering the flexibility to prepare meals to your heart's content. Equipped with a Keurig® coffee maker, drip coffee maker, air fryer, deluxe wide-slot toaster, electric tea kettle, two blenders, slow cooker, wine rack, cheese board, cooking and baking utensils, serving platters, and more, it caters to all culinary needs. Gather around the dining counter, which comfortably accommodates five, for enjoyable meals and shared moments.

LIVING ROOM: The kitchen opens into the spacious family room. Comfortably furnished with an oversized flat screen TV, this is the ideal space to lounge by the fireplace after a day of mountaineering.

DINING: The welcoming dining room accommodates eight guests beneath a stunning chandelier. A sleek oak slab table serves as the centerpiece. Comfortably seats 8 at the table, with an additional five at the dining counter.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & BATHROOMS - 4 BEDROOMS, 3.5 BATHROOMS
As you prepare to unwind for the night, retreat to these inviting bedrooms for a restful sleep. The ultimate in privacy awaits on the top level with the primary retreat, while three additional bedrooms, including a second full primary suite, grace the lower level.

Primary Bedroom: This spacious sanctuary features a plush king bed, blackout window treatments for uninterrupted sleep, a flat screen TV for entertainment, and an inviting fireplace to create a relaxing ambiance. Enjoy the convenience of a sitting area, dresser, two nightstands, and a luggage rack. Indulge in the en suite bathroom's jetted tub, shower, dual sinks, and generous counter space.
Second Bedroom: Sink into comfort in this room with a king bed adorned with blackout blinds, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Equipped with two nightstands, a dresser, chair, and a flat screen TV. A spacious closet provides ample storage, complemented by a luggage rack for added convenience.

Located in Breckenridge's premier Shock Hill neighborhood, this home offers rare access to the town's groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems — giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.

Please be aware that this home is not pet-friendly. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

Everything was seamless and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Shock Hill. Perfect neighborhood, away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to get into town easily.

Great property. The unit is a condo and is attached to another unit. Nonetheless, we had complete privacy. The home is well constructed. Some furnishings are a bit dated, but functional and adequate. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and individual/specialized appliances. We used a Britta for water as tap water has a bit of a chlorine odor. Much more affordable than purchasing water. The lower level is rather warm, even with the radiant heating set very low. There is an exhaust fan in the washer/dryer closet that can be used to help cool that level. Hot tub was great. There was an issue with it during our stay, but Alpine addressed promptly. Heated garage with plenty of storage area to accomodate ski gear for 9 people. I would definitely recommend Shock Hill and this property to individuals that want to have a quiet get away with easy access to slopes. Peaks 7 and 8 are easilly accessiblevia Gondola. Peak 9 is best accessed by taking Gondola to Breck main station and catching brown bus line to The Beaver Run stop at Peak 9. The property is a 5 min walk to the Nordic Center where cross country skis can be rented (extensive groomed cross country ski network of trails can be accessed there). My familly and I really liked the venue and its location. It worked put great for our familly of 9.

We spent the week between Christmas and New Year in this house. It has a master bed in the upper floor and 3 rooms (2 with king size and one with bunk beds) in he lower floor.The place was very clean at arrival, linens and towels were high quality. The jacuzzi worked very well. Water pressure was good - except in the in suite bathroom downstairs, but not a big issue. The kitchen is VERY well equipped - they even have an air frier! The cloak room is not huge, but good enough. Regulating the temperature on the house was a bit of a challenge, but we got that finally right - it has many thermostats around the house. Overall, a great experience. Definitely would come back.

We had 3 couple and this house was perfect for us. The quality of the construction and furnishings was very good. It is a town home over 3 stories with a house next door; however, we never heard them other than a few minutes from an outside patio. Large two car garage, great TV and living area. The property management team was accessible and inquired about us twice during our stay. The short walk to gondola was perfect for getting into town for lunch without the hassle of parking - but be warned the gondola shuts at 5:00 or during high winds or lightening. Overall, a very good choice of houses to rent!

Everything about this rental was perfect. The house, the location, the amenities. Only a few min walk to the Gondola, probably 5 min drive from Main St in Breck. The house had everything we could need and more. It was beautiful. The only thing is - this is a duplex and not a stand-alone house, which wasn't noted in the listing. It didn't make a difference in the end because we couldn't tell anyone in the connecting duplex. Otherwise, it was great. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent it again!
