Serene Condo in Heart of Summit County

Beautiful, quiet condo on the picturesque Swan River, perfectly located for skiing and hiking all the Summit County resorts. Three miles to Breckenridge and 6 miles to Keystone or Copper Mtn. You'll enjoy a remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom Condo with a warm fireplace, a spacious kitchen with granite counters, and an attached one car garage to keep your car snow free! The complex includes 2 communal hot tubs. Exceptional local dining in Breckenridge and Frisco, only minutes away.

The condo sleeps 6 with a queen bed offered in the master bedroom, and a twin over full bunk bed plus a single twin bed in the second bedroom. The living room includes a very comfortable leather couch and chair, a spacious coffee table, and an over the fireplace 55" TV. There are 2 available parking spaces, one in the garage and one in the condo lot. There are two communal hot tubs for guest use that are located in the parking area across the street.

Comfortable Unit. Convenient Location

This was a very comfortable Unit with everything you need for a great stay conveniently located between Breckenridge and Frisco for easy access to all the Summit County Resorts. Quiet location with nice hiking trails near by and nice little pond to enjoy. Highly recommended.

Great Place

Great clean place near everything that was on our itinerary. Check in and check out was super easy and the property manager was very responsive when we had any questions. One thing about the property which isn’t a big deal but should be fixed is how the lightbulb in the hall going downstairs to the garage was burnt out and could be a potential hazard as going down the stairs was very dark. Other than that great place.

Good spot near Breckenridge

This condo worked well for our needs. But there were several little problems that really could have used attention. I left a message of the 7-8 items that needed some work. None of them were deal breakers, though. The condo suited our needs.

Best Condo in Swan's Nest

I've stayed in a few different condos in this area over the past 10 years and this by far the best one I've stayed in. The interior is updated, the couch and seating is great, the beds are nice. Also having a garage is nice to come to vs having to walk up steps. Would definitely sleep here again.

Updated clean condo

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and updated condo. There is a trail to hike right next to the complex and a stream right out back. Due to current restrictions the owner was kind enough to work with us on a few things and took extra steps for safety above and beyond cleaning including leaving cleaning supplies, masks and hand sanitizer for us in the unit. Just to note, the beds are memory foam and I found it to be a bit firm, however, I was able to make it work.

Good value with one disappointment

Property and host met expectations and was an overall good value. However, the shower head in the master bath was broken and made the shower unusable. Having only one shower was not a big problem for our party of two but likely would be for a larger group.

Great place, clean and quiet

Great place a few minuted drive from town and the ski lifts. There is a shuttle bus stop near by, we opted to drive to the lifts. The unit has a garage which saved time as I didnt need to clear off the car after some big snow dumps. The unit was comfortable, clean and quiet. The beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great condo

Situated close to several of Colorado's best ski areas, this is a great condo for those looking for a place to stay for skiing. Owner is kind and quick to respond. I would stay here again.
