In addition to the home’s amazing features, the property is a quick walk to both Peak 8 and the 4 O’Clock Run.

Our stay was wonderful! We were a large group with kids, and everyone had a great time, especially the kids who enjoyed the hot tub. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of kitchen utensils. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we also enjoyed grilling outdoors. The place met all our expectations, highly recommended!

Beautiful mountain home, great for a large group

We rented the home for a family reunion for 4 days in the early summer. The home is perfect for a large group, with two large living rooms, a pool table, a hot tub, and a gaming area. We were able to walk back and forth to town (it’s a couple miles, but a beautiful hike) and also enjoyed the immediate surroundings. The home has two refrigerators, two coffee makers, two kitchen trash cans, and two ovens, which are super handy with a large group. We had all the amenities like towels for the hot tub, a hair dryer, and nearly every kitchen gadget you can think of. Highly recommend this property for your next family reunion!

Great trip, house was a great location and comfortable. If I had to not pick anything I could say the kitchen supplies such as pots, pans, and cabinets could use and upgrade but besides that was perfect for us.

It’s a great place ….We use VRBO all the time and we have never stayed at a place that was stocked with supplies!!They were also very responsive to any requests we had !!Best ever rental company!!!Great skiing if you have never been there before! Fantastic Group Space

We had a fantastic stay at Sawmill Run. The house was well suited for our large group, and was very well equipped. It was a short walk (10 minutes) to the lifts - and convenient to town!

Breck Ski Trip 2025

Well-appointed and well supplied. Easy access. Best VRBO we have stayed at. Decent walking access to the slopes. The 3-car garage was a fantastic convenience. The hot tub was excellent and fully functional. The rental agency was very responsive.

House was great for a large group. It was not ski-in/ski-out and a further walk to slopes than I wanted but doable. Some walked, some got Ubers(us over 65😂)

Overall a great place!

My family and I stayed here over Christmas and it fit all 18 of us perfectly! There were 5 families (my siblings and I) that all had room to enjoy the house! It is outdated a bit, definitely issues in the home that shouldn’t have been our concern, but became it when water started leaking through the basement ceiling after someone drained the bath in the master bedroom. It was fixed (on Christmas) but we couldn’t use the master bath the rest of the trip. Trash was a big issue, we had 18 people for 8 days (9 of which are little kids and most are still in diapers) and trash wasn’t picked up once while we were there. Overall, the location to skiing and the gondola were awesome, the heat worked beautifully and everyone could control their own areas. Views were breathtaking and beds were comfortable!
