All the best that Breck has to offer – skiing, dining, nightlife, shopping, hiking, mountain biking and more – is within walking distance of this condo! There are two ski shuttle stops just outside and across the street. . . You can ski to the condo in the afternoon, then stroll downtown to your favorite restaurants and shops on Main Street. Enjoy the peaceful sound of the Sawmill Creek just outside your windows. You and your group will love this place!

This perfectly located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to eight people. The living area offers plenty of room to relax with a large flat-screen TV and a wood fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or a full family meal. There’s a dining table that seats six, and there’s room for five more at the kitchen island. The Sawmill Creek complex also features two shared hot tubs and two shared gas grills next to a grassy picnic area and on the first-floor deck.

Other amenities include a relaxing steam shower to soothe your muscles after your day on the mountain, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo, private washer and dryer, basic toiletries, and fresh linens. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24-hours a day to ensure your stay is comfortable and worry free.

Condo is very clean! Location is great- Breckenridge bus right out front and can ski down into complex. Short walk to Main Street. Host- top notch customer service. Highly recommend this rental.

The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. We only had to walk a block to Main Street. The hosts checked in with us regularly and were very helpful. The only downside was the fireplace. The airflow or something wasn’t right and it took an hour to get it started. Due to the smoke, we had to keep the glass doors closed.

This property was even better than I expected. Spacious, tidy and well equipped for any group group size (2 sets of bunks in one room, queen size and twin in the other). But most importantly, you can easily ski to the property (4 oclock ends a few feet away) and its a less than 5 min walk to the gondola. Highly recommend for a ski trip!

Just the perfect location for...well...everything. Easy walk to Main Street, easy walk to shuttle to any base are for skiing and at the end of your ski day being able to ski to your doorstep is amazing. Unit has what you need, nothing elaborate, just the basics. Having a parking spot is also huge, although it is very tight driving, you will fit, but it is a tight squeeze.

The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The space was perfect for the four of us to be comfortable and not be crammed in or on top of each other. Location couldn’t be beat - easy walking distance to the gondola and downtown, and the kids were able to take 4 o’clock straight home when they were done on the mountain! Communication with the host was amazing - they were so quick to respond and address anything we needed or answer questions.

Very nice condo right next to the sawmill creek and minutes away from main st. There’s a bike rental and liquor/wine store right across the street. Parking was easy and access to room from parking was even easier. Condo was updated and well furnished. Our boys (6 and 4) loved the bunk beds. Shower even had steamer in it! Would stay again!

Great condo. Well located and nice space to spend time together. Kitchen was great but lacked basic pans, like a baking sheet pan. HOA manager on site was relentless. Although the property was almost empty, he hassled us when unloading—not blocking anyone or any driveway areas. A delivery service had to deliver a ski bag that the airline did not get on the plane. The delivery guy was in his van for less than 5 min when we came down to get the bag. Again, the HOA “enforcer” was there to harass — seemed aggressive and unnecessary given the EMPTY parking lot. The actual property was great and would stay there again. If I owned there, I would want a different HOA enforcer with some common sense.

I like the ease of access it was from the room to the parking garage to the exit of the facility. The rooms were clean. The kitchen had a nice appeal to it and I liked that they had everyday necessities available for use. I would go back to this location.

Loved Ski In from 4 o'clock run each day! Also loved the proximity to gondola and bus stops! Great unit. Some things that need upgrade: dishwasher, laundry and kitchen ware including utensils and glass. Lots of chips and a bit worn. Otherwise, great unit!

The property was situated at the end of lower 4’oclock. Easy walk to the center of town. Parking a large SUV was a bit of a challenge but got the hang of it relatively easily. The condo was roomy enough for the four of us plus the little one. Overall a good value and great location.

I booked this place as a birthday gift to myself to get away from everything and get back to nature and boy did it deliver. The home sits atop a beautiful tree top mountainous landscape, with picturesque views, like postcard status. The photos are accurate but don’t do this home justice, you have to see it in person. The home is immaculate. Every room has a view. Windows galore, to let the sun shine in. All rooms have an en-suite, the owner’s suite has a gorgeous chandelier and soaker tub. On the lower level is a jetted hot tub, that allows you to sit back and take in the sunset, birds flying by and all the tranquil views of nature as the warm jets massage your cares away. Another bonus to this magnificent home is the game room with juke box!! I could go on forever about this house, I could only imagine what it would look like in the winter…taking in the view of snow covered trees while sitting by the fire place….aaaah. I would definitely book again!!

The condo was a decent value, given the price we paid for our stay. It misses the mark on a few details; for example, the appliances are dated, and the fridge doesn't have a filtered water dispenser. That's a big deal when you're drinking a lot of water, staying at altitude, and skiing all day. The entire complex feels dated on the exterior. When we arrived early for check-in, we asked the office if they could hold our luggage while we went to grab some lunch. They said no because they didn't manage our condo but suggested we put our luggage in the parking garage near some old furniture in the corner. Not the best way to start off our vacation. The bedding wasn't the best, and communicating with property management felt automated and severely delayed. On the positive side, the location is excellent. You can easily ski in from the mountain and have to take a short ride to get started for the day. It's a short walk to Main street, and Christy's ski rental is right across the street.
