Quaint and charming, Ridge Street Lookout is the perfect mix of a classic Breckenridge Victorian and modern sophistication. This lovely multi-level home sleeps up to twelve and offers four bedrooms in addition to plenty of amenities for a fun and relaxing retreat. You will not want to miss the outstanding panoramic views of the Breckenridge Ski area from two spacious decks. Ridge Street Lookout is the ideal property for an unforgettable mountain vacation!

LOCATION – This lovely Victorian home, located right on historic Ridge Street is close to everything. The Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle is only one-half block from the free shuttle and only one block from Main St. You also have easy access to the Gondola located only a few blocks away to take you right to the base of Peak 7 and 8.

AMENITIES – There are four bedrooms including a master king bedroom on the main level with three additional queen bedrooms on the mid-level. Everyone can gather together for dining and entertainment in the living area. Whether it is for a movie in front of the fireplace, a beautiful evening on the deck to take in the incredible views or to take a soak in the hot tub under a starry sky. Additional living space can be found in the lower level den to hang out for an additional place to watch television – perfect for the kids!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home in Breckenridge. The home is very convenient to Main Street and the Gondola. The stained glass is beautiful. We had plenty of space for a group of 7. The home is well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy family time in the home after skiing.

Great Location, Great Views, Nice House!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was in great condition and it served our family well. Because of the keyless entry, we only used the garage entrance which is on the bottom level accessed from the alley. Thanks again for the great stay!

Charming Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is well appointed. Clean and comfortable abode for an extended family of all ages. Convenient to downtown, which allowed us to be car free. Amazing view from the decks. Property manager was extremely responsive & had a repair completed same day. We look forward to staying here again in the future. 10 stars!!

Annual Family Snowboarding Trip

For this year’s annual snowboarding trip, we decided to get a house in town so we wouldn’t have to drive anywhere. The location of this house was PERFECT! Our group could walk to the mountain (literally a 4 minute walk to the gondola) or walk to the town - the house was 1 road off of Main Street. It was spacious for our group of 12 adults, and we all had a blast. I will definitely stay here again, location is unbearable!

Great vacay spot

We loved the property on the whole. It easily accommodated our group of seven adults and was the perfect location for a late summer vacation. We made ample use of the deck, grill and hot tub. It would have been nice to have known that the hot tub people would be servicing the tub while we were there rather than walking in to a stranger on the deck one day and a stranger simply walking in the front door without knocking on another. The property manager was great about responding to our questions. Our son had car troubles driving in and the manager did her best to help us with local mechanics. The only reason I gave the property 4 stars instead of 5 was the mattresses in two of the rooms (primary and middle room downstairs). It’s really hard to function when you can’t get a good night’s sleep. If your body can handle a super soft bed, you shouldn’t have any problems. Overall, we did really enjoy our stay and would recommend it to others.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is fantastic! Walkable to all of the downtown shops, so many restaurants, the gondola, and the beautiful walking path along the river. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of bathrooms for everyone to not have to share space, and the views from the back deck are amazing. One thing to consider is that there are a lot of stairs, so if you have someone in your group that has mobility issues, this may be a concern for you. We would definitely rent this home again if we return to the area!

Heart of Breckenridge

House was perfect for a Spring Break ski trip for 3 dads and their 18 year old sons. The boys had the 2nd floor room with 3-queens/bath to themselves and each Dad had a room. Great location one block off main and 2 blocks from gondola. Very convenient. Nice deck. Small living room/dining room.
