with a glass of wine or a Colorado brew. Cozy up on the sofa (opens to a comfy

queen bed), watch movies on the 44" flatscreen HDTV with DVD player, and fit

in some precious productivity with complimentary WiFi. Meanwhile, soak up

gorgeous views of Colorado backcountry from every window and balcony.





The fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area feature stainless steel

appliances, granite countertops, a French coffee press, and a dining table for

four. After a day of skiing, boarding, hiking and exploring, kick off your

boots and retreat to a spacious bedroom outfitted with a plush king-size

pillowtop bed, 30’ flatscreen HDTV and plenty of closet space to store all of

your travel essentials.

Awesome stay!!

This was an amazing property in the heart of downtown Breckenridge! The condo was incredible and provided everything we needed for a week long stay. The front desk reception was awesome...full of information, very personable and made our stay more enjoyable!!

Great location and easy access to the slopes

The unit was clean (they paid attention to detail) and comfortable. The property has an on demand shuttle that was a great way to get to the slopes and pretty much anywhere in town. You can ski back to the main building which is where this unit is located. The gondola is right across the street with an underground tunnel access. We walked to downtown for dinner most nights when the weather was nice. Overall, we had a great experience staying here!

Great place to stay with easy access to Gondola

A perfect stay in Breckenridge. Close to town and walking distance to Gondola. Kitchen was well stocked and unit was extremely clean. Weather was perfect.

This was a great condo steps from town and an easy walk to the gondola. Ski in on the 4 o’clock if you like. We really enjoyed our stay!

First Impression

Great location to ski back to via “4-O’clock” run. The 1 bedroom was very spacious. Really enjoyed the in-room fireplace. Close enough to Gondola to walk but it’s not right next door. The hot tub next to check-in building looked like pond water and smelled like mold. Enjoyed the bath products. Shower wall must have been looked over as hair was smeared on it. Enjoyed the overall resort feel with complimentary coffee in the a.m. Overall, it’s a great stay but for the price point we paid (holiday weekend), was expecting a little more. Will likely try another property next trip but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
