Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via smart lock; codes will be sent the morning of check in. Guests should drive down the driveway until they reach the garage. Upon opening the garage, walk to the door, enter the code in the keypad lock, and ascend the staircase to the main level. The front door can then be unlocked from the inside if desired.

The Neighborhood:
Blue River Hideaway is nestled along the banks of the famous Blue River, known for its prize fishing and brilliant scenery. Located approximately 6 miles south of downtown Breckenridge, it’s a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of town, while still providing easy access to skiing, hiking and other activities. The cabin is a 2-hour drive from Denver International Airport.

Attractions located nearby include:
• Breckenridge Ski Resort & BreckConnect Gondola
• Hiking trails such as the Breckenridge Trail, Sapphire Point Overlook, Blue Lakes Waterfall, Aspen Alley, Minnie Mine Loop and Crystal Peak
• Restaurants, breweries, shopping, art galleries and more in downtown Breckenridge

Getting Around:
Rental cars are encouraged; 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended in the winter.

If you are driving to the mountain, we suggest parking at the Gondola near the F Lot in Breckenridge. The Park County Commuter Route provides public transportation; please consult their website for updated bus stops locations, routes, schedules, etc.

Other Things to Note:
1) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: cameras facing the driveway.

2) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.

3) Parking:
Please park at the top of the driveway in the winter to avoid getting stuck in the snow. If there is heavy snow or ice and your car is at the bottom of the driveway, you may require towing to get out. Parking on the road and/or blocking the neighbor's driveway is strictly prohibited and may also result in your vehicle being towed.

Hi - we stayed in the middle of a big snowstorm and wind event. Having the gas fireplace and woodstove downstairs was a huge plus when the power went out! We didn't get to cross-country ski as many places as we wanted, but having the Blue River trail was great for XC skiing. Everything fine for out stay.

This rental property is in a great location about a 10 minute drive to the Breckenridge lifts. With 3 bedrooms and 2 additional sleeping areas in the basement and loft, this house was a perfect option for 3 couples and 2 children. Each floor having a full bath was a bonus too. Well-furnished and had appropriate kitchen utensils and cookware. The hot tub was a great addition and we nice to look at the mountains. We even had visits from the neighborhood Moose family. Would stay here again, 10/10. Thanks!
