We had never been to Breckenridge and we were not there for skiing. The girls enjoyed the shopping and we all enjoyed the dining and spectacular views. The inside parking was a plus and we did not use the hot tub.

Definitely needs updating…

Overall we had a nice stay and the property was clean and in a great location. However, there are lots of cosmetic issues like chipped paint, holes in doors, ripped chair cushions, etc., and some other issues like clogged sinks, broken recliners, and an uneven cooking surface that made the stay only average. Once this unit is updated it will definitely be an excellent place to stay.

Great location!

The location of this property was great. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would book again. The check in and out was easy and the gentleman during the check in process was so helpful and nice. The place was well kept as well.

Condo was very comfortable for 2 couples. We enjoyed the layout and location. Heated garage in a mountain Colorado winter was great treat. Everyone we worked with to check- in and help during our stay were great.

Great stay in Breck

Unit was clean and only about 2 blocks from Main Street. Easy walking distance. Loved looking out the slider to see the mountains every morning. Underground heated parking was a huge plus. Communication with Ski Country property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The check in process was easy to follow, super simple and efficient. All the information we needed was provided prior to us arriving in Breckinridge. The unit was in need of some TLC. There was a broken tile on the floor that could have caused injury to my toddlers and we had to park our stroller over it to try to avoid getting hurt. The carpet was in desperate need of cleaning but the bathrooms were clean. There was no grill in the complex even though the listing said there was a common grill. Location was great! We were able to walk to the gondola, shops and most restaurants.

Loved the easy access to Main Street, the underground parking garage and the hot tub. Didn’t care for what seemed like rowdy guests in the condo above us. Condo really in need of a boot drop (aka mud room) right by the door.

Rescueing seniors

I arrived at the original property and realized that I had not been specific on the special needs - one of the family members is handicapped and could not take any stairs. The manager of the property immediately returned my distressed call and booked us at another location without a hassle. I was so relieved and the new location was beautiful and met beyond our expectations. Thank you !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place to stay for the price. Unfortunately when I got there I learned the pool was closed while the property was awaiting a part (Thus a disappointed young boy who was looking forward to do some swimming). Had I known the pool was closed I probably would have not stayed there. The property manager needs to stay up on these type of things and reflect such on the website so potential renters know exactly what they are getting.

Lack of sleep due to poor pillows

The pillows are terrible. They need to be replaced. This caused for a terrible nights sleep. Because of this I would not stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay here. The pictures online were not an accurate portrayal of the condo

Great place!

This complex was nice and quiet and the rental had good amenities and was clean. The floor on entry was my only concern since there were broken tiles on the floor and I was worried my kids would cut their foot on it. It seemed dangerous so I wasn't too thrilled about that. It really should be repaired. The main bedroom had pretty awful pillows and a rickety bed. Other than that it was very nice!

Dump!

This place was a dump! We arrived, to find workers in unit, even though we were texted that the property was ready for our arrival. The workers had things taken apart, said there was no heat in the unit. We contacted management immediately. They had no clue that anyone was working on site. Workers said this happens all the time. After numerous calls, texts, visits from property management company, we were told we would get a refund. We had to find accommodations for the remainder of our vacation in Breckenridge. I would never recommend this property. Loren, Property Management Company was very kind, and offered solutions to make us happy. It was a major inconvenience and time consuming to find another rental at least minute.
