!!New Westin Heavenly Bed King Mattresses!! Kitchen and baths recently remodeled! 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with loft, sleeps 10. Great location, less than 2 blocks to Main Street, restaurants, bars, and shopping, 2 blocks to the nearest grocery store, 3.5 blocks to the nearest ski lift (Quicksilver). Carter Park is out the back door with a groomed sledding hill in the winter and sand volleyball, tennis/ball fields, and picnic areas in the summer. There is also a trail head just out the back that links up to the Breckenridge mountain biking and hiking trial system. Ideal for families!

We have outfitted the condo with high thread-count linens, comfy bedding and rustic furniture. Snuggle up on the leather sofas to enjoy the gas fireplace after a long day skiing or gather around to watch a family movie on the 50 inch HD TV. The gourmet kitchen has granite, stainless appliances, and a double oven. It is well appointed with all that is needed for nearly any culinary endeavor and feeding a large group. Our dining area has a large table that can accommodate 10 place settings. There is also a breakfast bar that seats 3 on stools. A high chairs is available for the toddler in your group. Everyone in your group will be comfortable whether they're 1 year or 70 years old.

Atrium 301 is located on the West end of the building, affording spectacular views of the Breckenridge ski area and the Ten Mile Range out of all three bedrooms. There are 2 master suites, each with Westin Heavenly king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each has TV and cable if you want to unwind away from the rest of your group. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bunk beds, it's a great place to sleep the kids or a 3rd couple! 2 pack-n-plays are available to save you packing extra. The loft has a queen size pull-out sofa bed, smart TV, DVD and Nintendo Wii system. Every sleeping area has black-out curtains and sound spa noisemakers to make the most of your sleeping experience.

The Atrium has underground parking for 1 vehicle, ski-locker storage, and a large community deck with several ammenities. The common deck is located on the east side of the building over the underground parking garage. It features a 12 man hot tub, firepit, grills, dining tables and chairs with a fireplace. During the winter there is a ski area shuttle bus that stops in front of the building every 20 minutes and will take you to the Gondola or the Beaver Run base area.

Our condo is on the top, 3rd floor with no elevator. It is not recommended for handicapped individuals. We prefer to rent to families and do not rent to large groups or students. Proof of age is required, must be older than 25 years. Every adult in the party must be 25 years or older unless they’re traveling with their parents. No more than 8 adults allowed to stay/sleep at any time.

Summit County is known as ''Colorado's Playground'' and Frisco is in the center of it all. Ski seven different ski areas, golf on 99 championship holes, fly fish the blue ribbon Blue River, go for a ride on over 50 miles of paved bike path, shop the designer outlets, hike hundreds of miles of trails, or just relax in the beautiful mountain setting. If you want to experience all that Summit County has to offer, Frisco and Mountain Meadows is a great location to use as your home base. Our Frisco condo is comfortable, affordable and beautiful. Great floor plan, location, great overall!

Nothing bad to say! The host answered all my questions quickly. Check-in info was sent in advance. Cancellation policy is generous.Location: About two blocks off Main and up a gradual incline. It was easy to walk from Peak 9 to the condo. The trolley stop is right outside the building and makes transportation so easy. We had my 72 year old mom so we didn’t walk everywhere, but could have. My sister and I walked across town to City Market and it took maybe 25 minutes. Carter Park is literally in the back yard and sledding was so fun!The condo had towels, some toiletries, and many things in the dry pantry that made it so easy to cook meals. They also had every kitchen gadget you could need. There were plenty of trash bags and dish pods…that’s rare these days! But those little touches make a vacation so much more enjoyable. It was great for two families and a grandma!

Excellent Condo

Myself and 2 friends stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well equipped with everything you would need. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. The owners communicated throughout our booking and check in period- we had no issues during our stay. Town is a 5 minute walk- we did drive to the lifts since the temperatures were near zero so I cannot comment on walkable lift access. You may want to keep in mind the description of stairs only to the 3rd floor, this may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Great Home

This property was perfect! Two families with four kids. Perfect area for the kids and adults alike. We loved the accommodations and cleanliness. Everything we needed was there. The location is great. Close to parks and town. The area was also very quiet. Would love to visit again!

Amazing lay-out and views!

We loved our stay in Breckenridge — easy walk into town, beautiful condo with deck, and awesome to have three bathrooms for our group of six. The trolley stop is across the street, and there were many thoughtful touches by the owners.

Wonderful accomodations!

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Host made the check-in process as easy as it could be and communication was excellent. Would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Fabulous place and great location.

Great location, on trolly route, short walk to restaurants, close to hiking opportunities. Everything you need for a great stay, the unit was well equipped, comfy beds, great kitchen, nice bathrooms. We stayed after ski season, nice quiet building with underground parking, great views of the mountains from a couple of the bedrooms. 3br 3 bath, with an upstairs. Fabulous stay!

Fantastic Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything you could need was provided and the condo was super clean. Angella was great to work with and provided clear instructions along with tons of information pertaining to the area. Condo is a short walk to Peak 9 and the trolley is right out the front door. Couldn't recommend more!

Great amenities! Beautiful place, and nicely stocked kitchen with pots and pans for cooking including a spice cabinet. And pick the bedroom upstairs and you’ll have a wonderful breeze at night.

Loved the condo! Was close to Main St and was able to walk to town each day with ease. We’ve been to Breck numerous times and this is the best deal we’ve found. Would absolutely stay again.

Very well maintained place. The spice cabinet was loaded :) tons of towels and super clean sheets. Would absolutely book again. Short walk to bars and restaurants. Couple steps further you’re at peak 9.
