Welcome to The Lift B107 in Breckenridge, Colorado, a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom condo located in Peak 9, designed with ski and snowboard lovers in mind. Experience the best of winter sports and mountain living in this cozy retreat. Situated just steps away from the Quicksilver Chairlift, this condo is a winter sport lover's dream. You're not only within walking distance of the best slopes in Breckenridge but also conveniently close to top-rated ski rental services, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable ski or snowboard adventure. Plus, a shuttle stop right behind the complex offers easy access to a variety of other lifts and trails, catering to all skill levels.
After a day carving through the powder, head to the Columbine Pool and and Hot Tub complex (closed April 15th thru May 24th), which is accessible to all our guests. It's more than just a place to relax; it's an oasis for skiers and snowboarders to rejuvenate. Immerse yourself in one of the four large hot tubs, allowing your muscles to relax and recover.
This expansive condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for large groups or families. The king suite, with its private deck and TV, offers a serene retreat, while the guest room features two queen beds and a twin daybed with twin trundle, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. The heart of the condo is the living area, centered around a charming gas fireplace, where you can gather for warmth and camaraderie after a day on the slopes.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. Colorado Traction Law:
During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

We loved the location of the place. Condo had everything we needed and lots of room for our family to spread out. Only con was the beds...mattresses are very very firm.

The place is as advertised and closer to the lift than I expected. The unit is a bit dated (mostly in the bathrooms) but have zero complaints as it was perfect for our needs. Easy access to slopes, main street and parking. Pool and hot tub are great although we were given the wrong code to both the pool and garbage dump so just fyi there.

We had an awesome stay in Breckenridge in this cute condo. It was quiet and perfect for our family of five. We were able to walk everywhere in town which we love. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
