With a stone gas fireplace, a plush sectional sofa, and a furnished balcony overlooking the ski lift, everyone will look forward to kicking their feet up and relaxing after a day on the slopes. You are likely to return with an appetite, yet there is no reason to go out for dinner, as the renovated full kitchen boasts beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for everyone to reminisce as the delicious smells of a meal fill the room. Don't forget to utilize the on-site pool, hot tub, and game room! The unit does not have air conditioning.

When the snow is falling, there is no better place to be, as the lifts are 50 feet away. Clip into your skis and . have a blast on the many ski runs that Breckenridge has to offer. Don't worry about your experience level either, as the runs are ideal for beginners and advanced skiers alike! If you want to pamper yourself, there is an on-site spa and the kids can play in the community game room while you relax in bliss. When the summer months come around, this area is known for its pristine hiking and biking trails. Plus, the complimentary shuttle can take you anywhere you need to go in town, so there will be no need to worry about parking or driving on icy roads!

Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and The CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
