This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom mountain duplex home sleeps 10 with two king beds and two full-over-full bunk beds. It features a private hot tub and fire pit outside. On the main level is the spacious living area that features vaulted ceilings lending to a bright, inviting feel. Enjoy the added convenience of private laundry and a two-car garage. Enjoy your secluded home away from home or head into nearby Breckenridge for skiing, shopping and lots of great food.

The entryway has a closet to conveniently store all your summer or winter clothing accessories. The living area offers a perfect place to gather after an active day with beautiful stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a Smart TV. The private patio is off the living area, and guest can enjoy roasting s'mores on the fire pit! Enjoy the fresh mountain air, and take advantage of the private hot tub where you can relax after a long day of adventure.

This home is also perfect for a working vacation with 1,000 Mbps high-speed internet and plenty of space for remote learning or work.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats six comfortably with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. You can also dine outside with ample patio seating and spectacular mountain views and star gazing.

The primary suite is on the main level. It features a king-sized bed, a smart TV, and it's own fireplace and patio for relaxing evenings. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower with a door separating the toilet area for added privacy. You also have access to a washer and dryer located on the main level. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided.

Head upstairs to the sitting area, which features a large sectional sofa, a smart TV, and access to the first guest bathroom. Also upstairs are both guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a king bed, a smart TV, and private access to the first guest bathroom. The bathroom door to the sitting area can be locked from the inside, creating a second primary suite. The second guest bedroom has two full-over-full bunk beds, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom.

One of the advantages of this property is that it is centrally located, just minutes from Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. Enjoy two private community access trails to the Blue River just steps away from your front door. The Summit Stage has stops at the entrance of the community, adding flexible transportation options at no cost.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Friends & Family Trip ‘25

Everything that I had hoped about booking this location delivered. We wanted to access Keystone and Breck fairly quickly. The communication and availability of the hosts was prompt and exceeded expectations. The property was perfect for 9 people we had attending. We had everything we needed to clean, eat meals and dry off our gear. I would book this location again in a heartbeat.

312 Shores Rental

The overall accommodations were extremely nice. There was plenty of space for a group of 5 adults to have their own space and it felt like home. The extras of the hot tub, fireplace, and boot dryer in the laundry were great extras to make the stay that much more enjoyable. The 2 stall attached garage was a big benefit as well to have a place to pull the vehicle in and dry the ski/snowboard gear out at night. Definitely booking again.

Breckenridge Family time

The property was well kept and clean and ready for our stay. The neighborhood was lovely and the people considerate and friendly. We enjoyed bike rides on the trails which were close by, ice skating, kayaking and paddle boarding on Lake Dillon! Looking forward to our next visit.

A beautiful home with beautiful views!

This property is really special. The decor is lovely and comfortable for a large group. The house is spacious with two separate living areas. It is a duplex and therefore shares one wall. You can definitely hear voices from the other home, but it wasn't an issue for us. We enjoyed the hot tub nearly every night. The garage was priceless. Given that it snowed nearly every day that we were there.

Great location Great house

We stayed here spring break 2023 and booked it again for 2024 because it was so perfect for us. It’s very spacious with a great floor plan for multiple people. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac which is nice, also has a great hill and play area for kids - especially in the snow. Neighborhood is residential and very quiet. Hot tub is excellent, I would highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. It was very clean. It is in a good location as long as you have a vehicle to get to skiing. Would definitely stay again. It would be nice to have more basic kitchen supplies in the pantry. Overall this is an excellent house to stay in.
