Annual family trip
House is in a great location. Very walkable to everything you want to do in Breckenridge. It’s actually handy because it makes you feel like maybe you’re burning off all the vacation food by walking everywhere Lots of space inside for several couples/families to spread out. Well stocked kitchen. Great fenced yard. Highly recommend!

Perfect
This was the perfect home for three family couples, one of which had two young children (3-5), and we didn't even use one of the bedrooms. The close proximity to Main Street was wonderful. The kids toys and laundry machine on the bottom floor were appreciated. The dual entrances (one on the bottom floor and one up the deck stairs on the middle floor) made coming and going very convenient. And the full bathrooms provided on each floor were a huge plus. We got a discounted rate for the end of the season so I don't know what the rate is for high season, but I would love to stay here again and will absolutely be checking this property next time we need a stay in Breckenridge.

Lovely Stay!
A group of friends and I rented this house for a mountain weekend getaway. The property was perfect for us - clean, conveniently located to town and the slopes, and wonderful amenities (stocked kitchen, great hot tub, fenced in yard for pups)! Perfect for our needs
We've rented many VRBOs and this was one of the overall best so far. The home was clean, well maintained, updated and well stocked with the necessities even though the calendar showed that it was rented every night surrounding our stay. We initially chose it for its' location and floor plan and it did not disappoint! We never needed to reach out to the property manager, but they were kind enough to contact us a few times just to make sure our stay was going well. The check out procedure was one of the least complicated that we have ever had.

Great house
Overall great house. Stocked with everything that you could possibly need. Comfortable beds and in a great location.
