  • Ten Peaks Lodge es una casa de lujo en expansión con impresionantes vistas de la zona de esquí de Breckenridge y la Cordillera Ten Mile. Los grandes ventanales en la sala de estar abierta y el comedor capturan las vistas y las inolvidables puestas de sol sobre los picos.

    Perfecto para familias o grupos, esta casa es un alojamiento cómodo y espacioso ubicado en la subdivisión Silver Shekyl, a pocas millas al norte del centro de Breckenridge y el área de esquí. Esta casa de concepto abierto con enormes techos abovedados cuenta con una cocina gourmet y un gran bar con capacidad para nueve personas, lo que lo convierte en un excelente hogar para el entretenimiento. Cubierta extra grande con parrilla de gas, suite principal de nivel principal con acogedora chimenea y un lujoso baño principal. La lavandería de tamaño completo y un refrigerador adicional ayudan a acomodar el alojamiento multifamiliar. La gran televisión de alta definición de 65 pulgadas, estéreo, reproductor de BluRay y una chimenea de gas resplandeciente completan el acogedor nivel principal.

    El nivel inferior de la casa cuenta con una mesa de cartas de póquer, Bubbly Hot Tub Room con HDTV y sala de estar y tres dormitorios más. Dos de las habitaciones en el nivel inferior son Master Suites con camas King y baños completos. El tercer dormitorio en el nivel inferior es una zona para niños con 4 camas individuales en las literas y su propio baño. ¡Otra cubierta en este nivel cuenta con enormes vistas del rango de diez millas y se abre a la sala de jacuzzi para mayor diversión!

    El área de Loft en el hogar tiene una cama queen y un armario con dos camas plegables de tamaño doble para dormir más. El loft también cuenta con una mesa de billar y piano y guitarra para aquellos que les gusta jugar y tienen una inclinación musical.

    Justo debajo del desván está el nivel superior. El nivel superior cuenta con un dormitorio con una cama queen, un baño y un solárium para pasar el rato. Este es también el nivel de entrada de la casa con cuarto de baño y garaje para 2 autos.

House had absolutely everything we needed and very easily accommodated five couples. Would definitely recommend this place. Location was perfect close to town, but not too close to not be quiet.

Beautiful home with great views. Conveniently located near Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne. The home has multiple levels that would be difficult for anyone challenged by stairs. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and a large kitchen and eating space. We had 11 total. Six adults and 5 kids. We were able to find sleeping arrangements that were just right.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this ski house! The home was very spacious and clean, with plenty of great amenities that made our trip comfortable and easy. There was lots of room for everyone to spread out and relax.We especially loved the extra features like the pool and poker tables, the hot tub, and the large dining table that allowed our whole family to sit and eat together. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do, and we felt it was a great value for the space and accommodations.We had no issues during our stay and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely consider renting again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Pictures didn’t do this HUGE property justice: simply amazing views, fantastic location, close to shopping and slopes. comfortable living room, spacious bedrooms.Only regrets: innerspring mattresses were not comfortable for anyone; there were plenty of electrical outlets but no updated ports to charge devices (you’ll need your own bricks to charge), had to purchase our own counter cleaning spray.

The house was in great order, easy check-in and the location was almost perfect. The only issue was the road noise but you get used to it quickly.

Great house for big family/friend vacations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 13 assaults and 4 kids under age of 6. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was perfect. The only complaint I would have was it was very hot downstairs. We had to open the windows at night. But other than that it was the perfect house.

Nice Size for a Small Group

A group of 7 stayed at the house for a week of skiing. The house is spacious, and everyone could have their private space in addition to the common space. Enjoyed having the large kitchen and dining area and the additional refrigerator in the laundry room. Was close enough to Breckenridge and Keystone Ski areas

We had a great stay during our time at this home for the New Year. We had 3 families with an array of children ages 1-10. The downstairs kids sleeping arrangement was great. The older girls liked that they were separate from the boys in the smaller room. The kitchen was large and spacious making it easy for multiple people to be in it at one time. All the master bedrooms were great, each adult family was able to have a king bed. We were able to park our large SUVS in the garage which helped keep them warm and clear of snow. The smaller room on the first floor was a little deceiving, but we made it work. Recommend updating some of the photos. Overall great time and we loved it. Thanks for having us :)

Best things about this property:Space-tons of it! This is a huge home with lots of room to spread out. Hot tub, pool table, grill and poker table - we made good use of all 3. Added to our fun! Also puzzles and games! Great location - easy drive to town and groceriesLovely views and plenty of deck space, both covered and uncovered to enjoy. Photos are accurate - furnishings are dated, but very comfortable and cozyKitchen is huge- lots of seating and easy for cooking for large groupsAreas of opportunity:Only 3 of the bedrooms have doors. If you are are large group- 3 ‘real’ bedrooms with bathrooms for adults. And tons of extra rooms for kids and teens. Worked great for our group, but if you have more than 3 couples it may not work well for you. This is noted in the listed, but lots of stairs. May be rough with little kiddos or elderly folks. It was totally fine for our group, just be aware. Kitchen supplies like knives (dull, not in great condition) , pots and pans are very worn. Could use some new items to add to the kitchen effectiveness, however we had what we needed to get by. If you are a chef-type, you might not be thrilled. On the whole- great stay! Would stay again.

Amazing house

The house is very spacious. Hanging out in the kitchen was my favorite place lol. House has puzzles and other games. But the entryway bedroom doesnt have have a doorlock and the downstairs bdroom has trouble keeping the door closed even when we lock it. Overall we would use this home again

Big house

If you are taking a large group this property is large. Maintenance has been neglected. Drain in master bath not fastened down, some doorknobs broken, kitchen faucet very loose, needs to be replaced. Home could you a facelift. It was clean and worked for us though.

Things we were surprised by and renters need to know:- upstairs queen room is difficult to enter because of very high stairs and a very tight room- no closet and bery little room for luggage. - the 3rd floor queen bed is in the loft area and is a queen day bed- not comfortable for 2 people- while the view is beautiful, there is definitely high road noise as it sits high above but above the main highway and in the summer you will need windows open for the cross breeze to keep it cool inside the house.Overall we had a great trip- house is HUGE and 4 levels, great front drive area for outdoor games and lovely area to walk with views!

Enjoyed the stay at the property

We enjoyed the stay at the property. There were 2 issues that concerned me. First, the indoor hot tub was very over chlorinated. We had to open the hot tub and run the jets for a period of time with the window and door open in order to air out the room so a person could breath in the room. Very dangerous. Second towards the end of the week we had multiple individuals with 20+ bug bites inflicted overnight. Needs pest control and to verify that it is no bed bugs.

highly recommended for large families and very pretty

Good morning, thank you very much for allowing us to stay here, we were really very comfortable, the house is large and we had no problems with all the services of the house and every question we had they attended to us quickly, we had a very nice vacation apart from the fact that the house is in a location accessible to many nearby places to have fun and meet and has a very beautiful view of the mountains once again thanks for your attention and we hope to return soon
