Spend your days skiing the spectacular slopes of Breckenridge - Peerless and Snowflake for the beginners, Cashier and Bonanza for the advanced, and Mach 1 and High Anxiety for the experts - and come home each afternoon to soak in the community hot tubs.

Wake up with your morning coffee and take in the sweet mountain air on the private balcony - you'll even have a table/chair set for alfresco breakfasts! Then get cooking in the kitchen, where stainless steel appliances, a handsome gas range, and granite countertops await you. In the evenings, the living room is perfect for entertaining, watching movies on TV, or simply relaxing with a favorite novel on luxurious furniture.

Water House is a premier lodging destination in downtown Breckenridge, offering complimentary amenities that include an outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, a ski valet, and ski storage. While you’re out enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer, your car can stay warm and snow-free in the underground parking garage.

With the QuickSilver Super Chair just across Maggie Pond, Water House also gives you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge. You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles).

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great location!

Everything was great. Condo is exactly as pictured. The only thing is the pull out couch could use a new mattress probably and the parking is confusing.

Great Location and fantastic ski valet!

The condo was good. Loved the furniture and bed, and the bathrooms were great. Just a few odd things about the kitchen: it really had all the cooking things you need - however we struggled to find a covered dish to use (ended up using a frying pan with cover in the oven). Was also surprised that there was no leftovers from other travelers and/or the basics (i.e. foil, saran wrap, ziploc bags, spices (other than salt/pepper) etc.).....nothing. And, the dishes - although very nice - were a bit odd (no small bowels, plates were odd sizes). Lastly, the glassware left a lot to be desired. 3 small glasses, 1 large one, and a few wine glasses. Just left us scratching our head. But the location was great, parking convenient, and the ski valet was a fantastic treat. And other than the kitchen, the rest of the condo was fantastic.

The condo is in the perfect location. Getting to the lift was quick and easy. We enjoyed the short walk into town and loved the many restaurant options down Main St., as well as right by the condo. The condo itself was clean and provided a decent selection of basic cooking utensils and plates/dishes. We will definitely rent this one again.

Nice stay

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Very well appointed kitchen. Laundry in the apartment was a plus. Did have issue with the hot water - didn't work for 2 out of the 3 days that we were there (NOT nice after coming in from the cold!). Also, dishwasher didn't work and had to hand wash during my vacation.

Great Location, Beautiful Home

I would recommend Water House on Main to anyone visiting Breck. We stayed in unit 6209 and although we weren't spoiled with a mountain view, we did have a stream right outside our window we could hear in the evening. The property is clean, well kept and you can't beat the location. You can walk anywhere in town!

The condo was lovely, the facility, particularly the parking garage leaves little to be desired.

First, we arrived about noon hoping to get into the condo early, but was told it was not ready (although the parking lot was near empty). Returned to check in about 2:45 and was told still not ready. Right at 3, ready. Parking directions/map of facility were not accurate and we lugged luggage for several minutes until we returned to the car, went back up to the front desk and then received different directions. You have to go through multiple gates in the garage as the parking seems to be shared by several different hotels/condos. It was very confusing and not very forgiving. The condo was great - decorated nicely, lots of space, beautiful kitchen amenities, clean, etc. If the condo was located somewhere else, I would return, but not to that facility.
