Private Hot Tub, Ski-in/ski-out!

  • This townhome is in our best ski in/ski out location. Click into your skis outside your back door and you are set to go! This spacious 3 bedroom floorplan features a beautiful vaulted living area and master suite with picture windows looking out to the ski area, a gourmet kitchen and new furnishings throughout this Breckenridge condo. Soak in the mountain views from your private deck or from the master bedroom. Enjoy your favorite DVD in the living area in front of the 42 inch Samsung LCD TV, complete with Blu-ray DVD player. Warm up in front of the rock fireplace, or in your own private outdoor hot tub. The master suite also features great mountain views and a wonderful master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. You are provided with a heated one car garage and driveway, as well as the convenience of being right on the Snowflake Run. In the summer, this location is just steps above many town trails which circle through the beautiful wetlands and into the mountains. Located six blocks from town, and two blocks from a bus stop, you are not far from the Breckenridge action.

    ** Tenant must be at least 25 years of age. A valid driver's license will be required for proof of age at check-in. No exceptions. **

    *Please note that the Snowflake Ski Run is very flat and does require some walking and/or poling for the ski-in access.

    We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Great Experience!

This property was a great choice for our group (grown children & spouses) and we'd definitely stay again. There was plenty of space for people to spread out and the amenities of the property were great. The location can't be beat - it's literally on the Snowflake Run and is truly ski in/out. We'd definitely stay again!

Great property. Location was nice as we could take a short walk into town or up the trail a ways to get to a nice reservoir that my kids enjoyed fishing at. Quiet location also.

Perfect place for a mountain stay

Stayed in Breck numerous times but this last one was our favorite. Condo couldn't have been in a better location, was spotless, well equipped with everything you need to stay there and rental company was great. Super communication on how to check in and out made it very easy. Beds were really comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to make meals during our stay and there was even a new Weber grill to use. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy and Comfy

An amazing property, pictures don’t do justice for this place or the mountains. Nice skin/key out location. The home had all amenities and utensils needed for home cooked meals, and a quick lunch while taking a break from skiing. The hot tub was a perfect evening incentive after a long day of skiing and snowboarding. We definitely want to stay at this exact property again!

Beautiful property with great location

This property was extremely beautiful with a fantastic view, both from the master & downstairs bedrooms and hot tub. The convenience of the Snowflake lift chair being right near the back door granted us wonderful convenience while also being able to maximize our time at this gorgeous property. During snow season, the cherry on top was the heated garage. Everything was clean, and we were all pleased. Thank you!

Excellent Breckenridge Ski-in/Ski-Out Location

This town-home is located at an excellent ski-in/ski-out location, with easy access to the Snowflake trail and only a few minutes drive to Breckenridge's Main Street. The space, layout, finishes, furnishings, and amenities are well above average in Breckenridge and much nicer than we expected. The home was very clean when we arrived and contained sufficient towels, bath soaps, and garbage bags. We particularly appreciated the downstairs space, the easy access to the slope, and the ski and boot storage and dressing area. We would definitely rent this home again, if available, when we return to Breckenridge.

Could have been great

Awesome clean place, great location. Hot tub didn’t work but someone came to try and fix when I called. Also toilet backed up and had to call someone. May sound petty but no salt and pepper either. Like I said could have been better but still a really nice place.

Amazing spot

Location was very good, plenty of space, solid kitchen and grill. Hot tub was clutch especially because hotels and airbnbs don’t allow hot tub usage. Will definitely come back to this spot if available. Only downside is although it’s a ski in/ski out location, the ski in part is very flat and requires a decent amount of skating/walking.

Great place to enjoy Breckenridge in the summer

This property was beautiful. Very clean and well kept! My daughters enjoyed finding several games to play when we were inside. Close to hiking trail and an easy walk into town. (The walk back is uphill, so not as easy! :) I would definitely stay here again!!!

Friend Trip

Property was beautiful and very clean. The hot tub was amazing. The location was perfect for hiking trails and getting to town also. The home had an amazing collection of movies for evening entertainment and the great room was perfect for meals and games. The third bedroom located on the bottom floor was frigid and we could never figure out if there was a way to get heat to the basement. Emails did not specify that all check ins would be treated as late check ins so that was a little tricky. Also, it would’ve been nice to be provided with more dishwasher soap and laundry soap as we reused our towels for three days.
