This one-of-a-kind Christie Heights home is in a prime location on Peak 8 with incredible views overlooking the Town of Breckenridge. Accommodating a group of up to 10 guests, it hosts a spacious and open kitchen, dining, and living room area that is perfect for gathering together for your stay. With plenty of living and entertaining space, this is the ideal property for families and groups!

​​​​​​​LOCATION – Located off of Ski Hill Road on Christie Lane near Peak 8, it is approximately one block from the Free Ride Shuttle which takes you to town or the base of Peak 8 within minutes. Get to the lifts quickly or head to town where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, shops, and local festivities. The Breckenridge Nordic Center, with numerous groomed cross country and snowshoeing ski trails is an easy walk.

AMENITIES – Situated on a picturesque lot, this lovely four-bedroom home offers an upper level master King suite with gas fireplace, a Queen bedroom, a Full bedroom and a bunk bedroom. Enjoy preparing a feast for the group in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Warm by the gas fireplace for a cozy night in while the kids head downstairs for a game of pool or watch television in the additional family room. Fantastic mountain home minutes from downtown Breckenridge

This property was the perfect spot for my family to stay in Breckenridge. The view from the back deck and two balconies is amazing. The house is spacious, clean, and well-appointed with the extra bonus of fun, interesting artwork. We definitely recommend it!

Anniversary ski and mountain trip

Had a great stay. Place was as described. Right next to Peak 8. Place is plenty big for a few families. Kitchen was fabulous. Hot tub was excellent along with the steam room. I would highly recommend. The pinnacle group who manages the property is great to work with. Very prompt with any questions and resolved timely.

Lovely Home

House was lovely with a lot of amenities. Listing was accurate. The views from the balcony are nice. The property management company was prompt in responding to questions and wanted to make sure we didn't have issues gaining entry to the house. We had a lovely visit with relatives while attending a wedding at the Nordic Center.

Long Weekend Stay

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the cabin we rented in Colorado! The location was perfect, offering easy access to Breckenridge and nearby shops, making it a breeze to explore the area. The cabin itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. The highlight for us was the amazing master suite—it was spacious, comfortable, and had stunning views that made waking up a pleasure. The entire area felt clean and well-cared for, which added to our sense of relaxation. Overall, this cabin provided the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. We can't wait to come back for another getaway! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Colorado!

Beautiful Breckinridge

Our family decided to unite for a vacation this year and with our one daughter living in the Denver area, Breckinridge was the perfect choice. Staying at Lookout on Christie Lane suited our family well. Plenty of space, pool table and hot tub (big hits) and a perfect location. The kitchen was great for doing any meal prep. Easy walk into town and bus available for getting back to the house.

Great House

This house had everything we needed and its in a great location only a few minutes from downtown. It has lots of windows with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. Checkin was easy and the property manager kept us fully informed throughout the booking process and while we were there.

Beautiful home & great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The kitchen is incredible. The house/property has everything you need. The only issue for us was the master bed was uncomfortable, but that's just a personal preference. Location was so convenient to the slopes and to town. The view of Breckenridge at night is stunning. Would recommend this home!

As Described Yes, Read Carefully All Points...

Provided outstanding views of Breck, easy access to Peak Eight, kitchen capable of all we desired "This from a family Culinary & Food being our profession. Layout of the home is well positioned and isolates each level easily letting early risers & in bed by nine people all get along without issue. Heat systems takes fine tuning to get right in the home for sure through floors, Older home as some mention but most wouldn't even notice the light switches or thermostat age really only sings standing out. The points that hit hard for us, mind you yes I didn't carefully read the overly worded parking set up. Suggestion "One Car Garage, & Two Driveway Spaces" Simplistic =) Its not fun to awake to snow covered cars, on a incline that makes for a very unpleasant experience throughout the trip. With our cars taking up the drive spots we didn't get plowing ever fully done that we noticed leaving snow removal to us like clockwork. 4X4 just spin away trying to get up & out the few times when tried without first shuvling. The other garage bay is the preferred one no question about it when it comes to ease of access in & out, Bronco taking up the garage space full time might relocate to the other to allow guest durning peak winter a parking experience with out squeezing & inching in the tight spot numerous time daily. I know after seeing the Bronco its owner understands Guest perspective anticipating possible negatives and adjust so is to avoid if possible. Only thoughts, Good Trip

Really gorgeous views and home. Easy house to relax in, comfortable no effort home. Easy walk to town! Views of Breckinridge at night with the full moon-loved. Steam shower was so perfect. Very clean. Tv is not on Kitchen level so if you need a tv on all the time; it’s in the Rec room in basement and in master.

This property was perfect for our family and friends. Great property and location! So easy to get to the mountain you probably don’t even need to rent a car. This property has everything you could possibly need! The management company was also super responsive! Will definitely stay here again next time we stay in Breck!

FAMILY VACATION FOR ALL AGES

We stayed at the house for a family vacation! We had snowboarders, skiers, cross country, adventurous, and relaxers! What an amazing house, access, options, space, view, flexibility and HOME!!! Whatever you want to do, and wherever you want to go—- this house permits you the opportunity to do it AND everyone is happy!!!! The Young Adults loved the basement FUN CAVE!!! The family room and the views are EPIC!!! The kitchen allows for open congregation and dining while connecting, eating, playing games, cooking or simply taking in nature as you view the STUNNING picturesque mountains. The suite at the top was simply AMAZING! Perfect for a couple or the parents—- whoever needs a lovely retreat!! . The shuttle takes you everywhere in the local Area—- the gondolas are a beautiful touch! We are already talking about coming back and we remain confident that the experience is 5 Star!!!! Bravo!!! See You Soon!!

Great House

This was the perfect house for two adults and 6 teenagers. Three of the bedrooms were on the ground floor and the suite was on the top floor. Beautiful views. Very nice house and kitchen equipment and amenities were fantastic. Closer people to a bus stop but the bus system seemed a little unreliable

Perfect weekend

We had a wonderful weekend grilling out on the deck overlooking the downtown lights close proximity to hiking in the shopping area. The bedroom arrangements were perfect for our three kids and our granddaughter. Staff is tremendous always there to assist with any needs!

Perfect Property

This house was incredible. Plenty of parking for 3 trucks and space for all our half clubs. The house was impeccably furnished for our group and we loved having the pool table and fire pit. Would absolutely come back.
