Great Location to hit the trails. Ski right down to the lift and ski back at the end of the day. Can't beat this location. Place was perfect inside and had everything that we needed. Host also responded immediately to text messages. Looking forward to renting

Great ski in/ski out!

Very comfortable place! Loved being able to ski straight onto Rocky Mountain lift. They have lots of games and a spacious living room for a cozy evening in apres-ski. We were a small group, but there is tons of room for a big family. My daughter enjoyed playing the pac-man arcade game.

Great Location!

Overall we were very very happy with this home. Location and proximity to slopes should be 10 stars. Home is well appointed and comfortable.The only reason 1 star was removed is a list of easily fixable items. Coffee Maker is not functional. Video game highlighted in several photos is not functional. Pots/Pans have seen better days. Nonstick pans look like someone tried to cook rocks and everything sticks to the stainless pans. Last, the living room TV has a vertical and horizontal row of dead pixels.All that said, we will highly likely book again for next year :)

Perfect ski in/out for family

Absolutely ideal for a family looking for ski in/out accommodations. Communication with management is easy via text or email. Check in and out is very simple. You have great parking for large vehicles. Unit is very comfortable---kitchen is fully equipped. Gas grill works perfectly with full propane tanks. You walk about 30 steps down a hall in your ski boots, grab your gear out of your ski locker, and click in to ski out the back door of the complex. Can not be any easier. We had 2 adults and 4 teens 17-20 y/o with plenty of space. We will definitely be back. Best value I have found in Breck

Peak 8 Base Camp

Great location for a fun Breckenridge stay. Winter or Summer. For skiing, couldn't be easier. Claimjumper and other Peak 8 blue runs come right by the ski locker entrance. For summer, its just a small walk to the Peak 8 Base activities and gondola. Nice place. Garage ceiling is low, so pay attention to that. Otherwise, would love to stay there again.

Prime location

We’ve stayed at SkiWatch before and know the area well. So when it came to planning a getaway during the pandemic we knew this would be an ideal spot. Our first full day we walked out of our condo and onto the trails...all the way to the top of peak 8 and back down! We also brought our own bike and parked near the gondola so we could bike from Breck to Copper and back. A couple of times we hiked down to main street and took the gondola back up-just get off on the 3rd stop!

Great Stay!

This was a great place to stay. Clean & quite with lots of great bedding & towels. Unfortunately due to COVID the gondola wasn't running during our stay but during a normal year the gondola would be a great way to get down to main street! It's very close to the condo. We were able to use the bus though which runs every 30 minutes & is located just down the hill from the condo. The only issue we had was trying to get our keys out of the lockbox when we got there. Luckily the property manager was right there to help us out!

Skiwatch unit 214 Breckenridge

My husband and I rented this unit shortly after Breck reopened from a several month COVID19 closing. We wanted to be close to a lot we own on Peak 7 and still be on the mountain. This Skiwatch unit has a second floor road view. It’s a comfortable space for 1-2 families with kids, a girls weekend, etc. The master was large and the second bedroom, decorated with superhero bedding was amusing for the four recent Colorado State University graduates who joined us. Beds and pillows were just okay but plentiful. The kitchen had a little bit of everything. It was nice to all gather at a large table and the sectional was comfortable. Management was helpful and on top off any issue.

Spent three nights here for Oktoberfest with 9 girls. The condo was plenty big for all of us. Biggest perk of the condo location was all the free transportation to downtown. Would definitely stay here again! Very pleased!

Great condo with lots of room

We loved our stay at this unit in Breckenridge. The living room couch was a great place to relax at the end of the day, or spend the whole day reading. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfy and linens were nice. The location was great for access to summer hiking and biking trails, but far enough away from downtown to make it a quiet spot. There is easy access to all Epic Adventure activities and the gondola was close for a quick ride to town. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay on the mountain in Breck.

Great location with all you need

We had a great stay at Ski Watch! The complex is near downtown but in the quiet of the mountains. The nicely updated unit is on the second floor, corner. Convenient, ground-level covered parking. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay and the market is nearby! The two bedrooms were great for our family of five: master with one king bed and private bath, and the other bedroom w/two sets of bunks, both with a full lower bunk and a twin upper bunk, plus an additional full size pullout and another full, hall bath. The family room area is really comfortable with great decor, and it opens into the kitchen with high counter seating and dining area. The unit has great windows to let the cool air though all day/night. The deck area is snug but has a gas grill, fire pit and two chairs facing a wooded area that is really nice and overlooks Peak 8. Trail access for hiking/running/biking and the Breck gondola station are both right up the hill. The downtown Breck shuttle is a short walking distance, too. Breck is amazing! We rented bikes from Alpine for a (mostly downhill) ride into Frisco (great town, Butterhorn Bakery is incredible, shopping, marina is very family friendly). And, we had the BEST rafting experience with Performance Tours in Buena Vista (just one hour south), rafting through Browns Canyon which was a definite highlight of the trip! There's great pizza at Giampietro's and burgers at Empire Burger, both downtown Breck. We'd definitely stay here again in the summer or come back for convenient ski in/out access. Management was also great and very responsive!

The condo was very spacious and quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The location was also very convenient being close to Epic Discovery and the gondola.
