With three bedrooms across 1,612 square feet of elbow room, this top-floor condo in Breckenridge has all the space your family needs for your next vacation. Best of all, this ski-in/out retreat is only a matter of steps from the Snowflake Lift, ensuring you're always among the first on the slopes.

Step inside to find a living room with vaulted, 20-foot ceilings (as well as a sofabed for additional sleeping space). It's the perfect spot for a family game night or a movie or two on the large TV. Prepare your favorite meals in the gorgeous kitchen, and enjoy them either on the private balcony or at the attractive dining table. In the evenings, join your kids for games of Ping-Pong and air hockey in the community game room, then retire to one of the hot tubs for a good soak.

When it's time to explore the shops, activities, and eateries of downtown Breckenridge, you'll won't have to go far! Be sure to check out the many unique shops and eateries at Street Station, La Cima Mall, and Towne Square Mall. You'll also love your après-ski meals at the excellent local restaurants, including Empire Burger, The Canteen Tap House and Tavern, Downstairs at Eric's, and Flip Side Breckenridge.

Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning.
The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall a good property. Only two downsides. When we arrived, someone had turned the heat up to 80 degrees. Because the unit has radiant heat through the floor, it took 3 days to cool the unit, even with the windows open. Also kitchen tools need to be updated. There's no dish drainer, insufficient towels and cookware has seen better days.

Ski in Ski Out.

Just like the title says. We hadn't stayed here before and didn't know about the ski rental place part of the complex. Reserve your skis here, they store them, right at the snowflake lift. Walk right to your condo. They have a shuttle bus that will take you in town and back and that's worth the price of admission right there. Great place, won't stay anywhere else.

Very nice stay. Only suggestion is the listing needs to inform guests there is only one parking spot prior to booking. Nate the shuttle driver was fantastic.

Misleading Property

there were 2 jacuzzis but only 1 worked at a time. The kids pool was dirty with no filtering runnig. Major construction going on from 7 - 7. VRBO says the pool issue are the responsibility of the property, not VRBO. Then what is the service charge for - felt lke VRBO was making the pool issue my problem

Amazing Ski in Ski Out!

Blue Sky was amazing. Our condo was clean, the building was beautiful, the kids loved the heated outdoor pool, which I was worried would be a bust with the temperature being a high of 30s when they were swimming, but it wasn’t! The only inconvenience was there being only one parking spot. We were a group of 10 in one condo and we had to make the trip in two vehicles. It was advertised as only one parking spot, so we weren’t surprised by this, and there were other options available to us. We will visit again!

Beautiful property.

We had the best stay! The place was beautifully appointed, had all the amenities we needed for all 4 days, along with an attentive and responsive property management. The place was very clean and lovely. We will definitely stay here again when in Breck! Loved it! Thank you!

Pretty Awesome Place

We came in a bit early and were lucky to be accommodated which was great as we were a family of 5. The property was exactly as listed and the kids settled in nicely. Lots of space for all of us and our equipment. The hot tubs in the property were large and hot and a life saver after skiing. Descent game room and workout rooms. The Snowflake lift is right at the base of the property - so convenient! Wish I knew but Charter Sports is IN THE BUILDING so just rent your stuff there and there is a special room to store your boots. So easy and the prices were pretty good. Noteworthy is the spa on the property which was taken advantage of quite a bit. Overall if you are looking for a family-friendly place to stay this is it. The staff does their best. The shuttle is very reliable for trips in and out of town for dinners. But if you can stand the 12 minute walk that is easier to get there. great place !

Odd requirement about ski equipment being left on opposite side of building. Made it difficult to pack up at the end of the stay. Might want to have a place near entrance for gear. Shuttle drivers were fabulous tho.

This property was exactly what we were looking for in a ski vacation home! We arrived during a winter storm, and thanks to the recommendation of the property manager, I had pre-ordered some basic provisions and they were waiting on us when we arrived! The front desk made our check in exceptionally easy, and the unit, and it’s designated parking space, we’re both right in front of the elevator which was very nice after a long day of traveling! The unit was one of the best appointed I have rented! The staff in Charter Sports was very efficient and helpful with outfitting us and storing our personal gear as well. One of our party was a non-skier and was able to meet us daily at the base of Peak 8 for lunch very easily. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!
