Incredible Ski in Ski out Peak 8

Ski in / Ski out at its finest overlooking peak 8 slopes & chair lifts!
No lugging your skis or board by truck, bus or gondola. Keep them in your private ski locker at the edge of the slopes & when you are ready to hop on & off the mountain, simply walk along the corridor from your condo & off you go…
Then after an epic day in the snow, relax in the building’s hot tubs or ease those muscles in the dry sauna.
Remodeled in 2024. Sleeps 8 people, all of which have their own bed. 4 Queens & 4 Twins.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been completely remodeled in 2024 & comfortably sleeps 8 people, all of which can have their own bed if desired. That’s right, we have 8 beds! 4 queen & 4 twin, featuring our favorite medium/firm memory foam mattresses.

A lot of attention & detail went in to our renovation with emphasis on convenience, utility & functionality of what we look for in winter/summer vacations in the mountains.
In addition to the arrangement of the custom bedding, we have established 2 locations for hanging/storing your wet gear. These include space to place your boots under the benches, multiple hooks for gloves, jackets & pants to drape from, & upper shelving for your helmets, hats & goggles.
We have seating for 8 at our kitchen island to take advantage of easily hopping on & off the slopes for meals. Additionally there is a bar top with 4 bar stools & plenty of space on the couches to lounge in the living room infront of the gas fireplace and 65” Roku TV.
Breckenridge may get chilly in the winters, but not in our condo as it now features heated flooring throughout, so let your feet breath after a long day in your boots & enjoy the warm temps underfoot.
However if you like to breath in the fresh wintery air or enjoy the summer breezes, then step out on to our private balcony where we have plenty of seating to relax with a beverage of choice or even grill up some steaks on our outdoor propane grill!
Back inside, you’ll find the kitchen comes fully equipped with your usual large appliances such as Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven & Stove. You’ll also have a blender, toaster, crockpot, air fryer, Kettle, Keurig & Pot coffee makers at your disposal. Our hope is your stay feels like you are at your home away from home & for all the hard work you put in to your daily activities it can be balanced by your relaxation while at our condo.
The two bathrooms have had a complete make-over too. One features a walk-in shower with frameless glass entry & the other has a tub/shower combo also with glass shower door. The bathroom with the tub/shower has a separated area with double vanities, allowing folks to be brushing teeth & utilizing the sinks, while someone else uses the shower or toilet. We’ve found this set up helps tremendously when everyone is getting ready to head out in the morning or prepping for a night on the town in Breck!
Speaking of heading into downtown Breck. The gondola that goes up and down the mountain is located at Peak 8 base, so it’s about 50yrds outside your back door or a short walk down the street from your front door if you don’t fancy walking down the small section of slope. Alternatively there are free buses that run up and down Ski Hill Rd throughout the day & evening or if you want pick up & drop off right at your door, Uber is super simple, usually 5 mins or less away.
The last few things to mention are as follows… We provide 2 covered parking spots during your stay. The upper garage has a 6’ height restriction on your vehicle & the lower garage accommodates your taller trucks with a height limit of 6’ 10”. If parking on the lower level then simply use the elevator from the lobby up one flight or take the stairs. The upper garage is located on the same level as our condo, which is also the same level as the Sauna, the Hot Tubs, the Ski Lockers, Community Grills, Picnic Tables & Slope access.
As in most places in The Rocky Mountains, there is no central air-conditioning in the building for your summer visits, but at the altitude of Peak 8 Base, the summer temps rarely arise above the mid 70’s during the day, a fresh breeze is usually your friend and the overnight lows tend to be in the 50’s. I’ve personally not found a need for AC in the summers during my stays in Breck. The windows and sliding glass doors all open & have screens, & we also provide 90” tall standing oscillating fans in each bedroom during the summer months.
We do have an age restriction of 25yrs old minimum for at least one of your group members & we don’t allow smoking or pets, so please bear this in mind before you book.
Finally, I’ll leave you with this. The saying you’ll often hear around Breckenridge is that “folks come for the winters, but they stay for the summers”. There is so much truth behind this statement. Both Winter & Summertime is magical in this little pocket of the world.
I personally grew up in Europe, spent my winters skiing & summers hiking in The French Alps, but I bought a place in Breckenridge!
From the expansive selection of groomed runs, off-piste bowls, charming village shops, exquisite dining, festivals, art and cultural attractions, friendly people and spectacularly long seasons, this truly is a place to make memories time and time again. I hope you come to love it as much as we do and visit with us year after year.

The HOA association does not allow pets of guests on the premises. If anyone is found to be in violation of this, the 1st fine will be $250. If the animal is not removed after the first offense, then all subsequent instances will be fines of $500.

Public urination and/or indecent exposure is unacceptable in and on Skiwatch property. A fine of $250 will be enforced for said violations.

Property manager was excellent, wry prompt in answering any questions we had. Can’t beat the location for skiing, walk outside, put on your skies and ride down 10 seconds to the lift. The condo was perfect size for our family of 5. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at the Ski Watch complex for about 15 years. This is the first time we stayed in this unit. When we walked in for the first time it smelled like it had just been remodeled. Everything was new fresh and clean. This unit is about 30 feet from the door going out to the slopes. We didn’t have to climb any stairs to get in and out. We will definitely be staying here again..

Very convenient location for ski in ski out. Just steps from the bottom of Peak 8. Made for very convenient skiing. Ski lockers were easy. Plenty of parking. Condo was as listed. Sleeps 8 for sure. Fireplace was nice. Views of the hill too. Used the hot tub and the kids said it was fine. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo is set up well to maximize the space available. The views are great, and the location was wonderful for skiing in and out. The owners/ managers were very responsive to any questions and easy to work with. We would love to stay at this condo again.

We loved staying here! It was so easy to go down the hall to the ski lockers pop on our skis and head out onto the slopes. My kids loved the upper bunkbeds with the curtains and my husband and I loved having the shelving next to our beds.The storage under the beds was so good to have, especially with all of our ski stuff. Also, the hooks around the condo were great to hang our coats and ski pants on. The condo had everything we needed including the hot tubs and sauna. Our kids loved the arcade and we even had a family tournament on our last night.It was nice be able to park directly under the building but was tight with our large truck.The view of peak 8 from our room and balcony was great.The only drawback was that the condo was very warm. We turned off the heat and had to open the windows.If we come back to Breckenridge we would definitly stay here again.
