Welcome to our tiny home, located in the Tiger Run community! This is a perfect getaway to enjoy all Summit County has to offer! Located 4 miles from downtown Breckenridge and the ski lifts, you are close to all the action, without being in it.

Come settle in with a coffee from our keurig on the porch to watch the sunrise over the mountains or be up and at it on the first chair!

The Space
The cozy living room has a flat screen SMART TV with cable and an electric fireplace, so snuggle up to watch your favorite Netflix or the snowfall. There is one bedroom & a pull out couch.

Guest Access
You will have access to the cabin as well as the Tiger Run Club House! Walking distance away, the Club House has a large indoor pool, two hot tubs, game room, fitness center, business center, showers, and laundry facilities. Right outside the Club House there is a tennis court, basketball court, sand volleyball court, dog park, and a playground!

Pets
We are pet friendly, however there is a non-refundable pet fee required. Please make sure to add this if you are bringing your pet. And, as always, please leash and clean up after your pet.

This cabin looked acceptable in the photos online, but they did not show just how run down, outdated, and shoddy the place actually looked. The owner was kind enough to refund our money despite the fact that we canceled literally upon arrival. I do not recommend this particular cabin.

Excellent Stay

Communication with the host was excellent. We arrived and everything was as should be. Cabin was cozy and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Great place to stay for skiing summit county

Everything was as described! Definitely would rent again. It’s winter so really can’t rate lake front experience, but it’s not really lake front as it’s in the middle of an RV/trailer park

Second time staying here!

We stayed here in 2023 and now again in 2025. Both times have been great! This time , there was a small hiccup .. the entire resort lost water for an extended period of time due to a leak. It was repaired and everyone was informed and updated throughout the process. Alexis was great about the entire situation and went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. We love this spot and so long as Alexis has it listed, we will be back to stay again.

Great stay close to Breckenridge

Stayed two nights. It was a perfect place for my weekend snowboard trip to Breckenridge (only a 10 minute drive to the gondola). Snowed a bunch while I was there, but the property did an amazing job plowing to make sure there was parking spot available. Hot tub and pool area (about a 5 minute walk to get there) were great as well!

We chose to stay here since it was much more affordable than the options on Main Street Breckenridge. It was a great place to stay and it was nice to have all the amenities on site!

Great location needs updating

Communication was excellent, check in was easy, the location also easy. The kitchen is well equipped with pots pans, spices, and everything you need so you don’t have to eat out while you’re there, which is nice. The bed was super comfy! The place needs updating. The windows are super drafty so the cold pours thru. The window coverings could be upgraded to help insulate the space. There were 2 heaters, so we kept them running while we were there. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay and it was a good location to access skiing. It was just big enough for 2 adults.

Fantastic

This was the perfect place for my husbands. birthday getaway. It was a great location to shopping and restaurants. The property was clean, and the owner was awesome to work with. The resort was beautiful as well. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

A charming place to stay

The cabin is small but has ample space for our family of 4. The lofted sleeping area is a huge bonus as you get two large beds in a cabin this small is impressive (no need for the fold out couch). The host was very communicative, kind, and made us feel welcome. The cabin has everything you need to cook meals (pots, pans, tons of plates and cups, and even common spices/cooking oils. Major grocery stores are close by. A note for summer stays: no a/c (as expected in the mountains) and we didn’t see a fan, but it cools off so much at night that we slept comfortably with some windows open. Would definitely stay again.
