His High Place has the alpine charm and fantastic year-round views that can only be found in Breckenridge. Revel in the sights and sounds of the Rockies from one of the many outside decks, and floor to ceiling windows in the living room offer some of the best vistas in Colorado. This spacious and well-appointed paired home is styled with modern décor and wood log features for a distinct mountain home look that provides a wonderful backdrop for making memories. An oversized entertaining kitchen, beautiful rock surround fireplace, and multi-level living are but a few of the residence’s luxury offerings. 

Amenity extras found at His High Place include a private, sheltered hot tub; outdoor gas grill; proximity to complimentary shuttle during winter months; convenient on-property parking.

Note: Like most homes in Summit County, this property does not have A/C due to the cool mountain climate.

The Home Sweet Mountain Home Difference: All River Ridge Rentals properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, napkins), soap products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap), and detergents (laundry and dishwasher) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. Great property, and beautiful setting. Hosts were accommodating and helpful. Only complaint would be that the shuttle to downtown was not available during our stay, which wasn’t communicated. This information on the listing was outdated. Otherwise, everything was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful getaway

This house was gorgeous! We came with my family, my sister’s family and my dad and we each had our own space within the home. The kids loved it. The views were gorgeous and there was a nearby hiking trail that we enjoyed taking into town. Communication couldn’t have been better and they were super friendly! Thanks for having us!

Weekend Ski Trip

Property was amazing and accommodated our group perfectly. Everything was really easy and the space worked out really well for a weekend of skiing and also being able to take advantage of downtown Breckenridge. Unfortunately the hot tub was not in service for our visit, but I appreciated the outreach and the efforts the team made to navigate that. Overall a great trip and I'd book this place again and again.

Fantastic property

Great place for a large family. We had 7 in our group that accommodated us perfectly. While we enjoyed the entire property, the kitchen and living room area were our favorite. We did a lot of in house cooking…the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Overall, a wonderful property which we will book again in the future! Thank you for presenting the property accurately in the pictures and description on the VRBO website.

This was perfect for my husband and I and three college girls. We enjoyed the property and the kitchen was well stocked. We mostly cook during our stays. The property management company communicates well and sent reminders, and instructions via text, which I was appreciative of the additional instruction and messages.

Great Property

Has a group of friends get together to enjoy all that Breckenridge had to offer. The layout of the house is really great for large groups. Plenty of everything (plates, silverware, glasses, etc.) I went to shred a block of cheese and there was even a food processor! We had a great time and the house was amazing. Highly recommend staying here if you’re heading to the area.

I guess with everyone taken a shower in the evening after skiing we would run out of hot water. Not sure if there is a fox for that but overall we had a great time and we will be back when skiing in Breckenridge. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property Trevor

Perfect Mountain Ski Home

This is a beautiful home and perfect for a large family or couple of families wanting to spend time together in the mountains skiing. The home is very clean, well maintained and has a perfect layout- room to be together for meals a s games but with plenty of space to spread out. The main floor living room and kitchen area were super comfortable and have a great view. The location is within yards of the shuttle pick ups making it easy to enjoy downtown or the slopes. The property management was exceptional. The communication from them was the best we have experienced- timely and relevant. We would definitely stay here again!
