The Space:
PLEASE NOTE: 4WD/AWD is REQUIRED during Winter months

GETTING AROUND:
This home is located in the Breckenridge Heights neighborhood. There is no shuttle service to this location, so guests can drive to the free parking lot on airport road and take the shuttle to the Breck Connect Gondola, or you can drive to the pay lot located at the gondola.

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. Parking is not allowed on the county road. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

What to be aware of:

- There is no free shuttle from this home, but the lifts are only a 5 minute drive
- You NEED a 4WD/AWD vehicle during Winter conditions

Great for snowboard trip!

This space was comfortable and fun for 10 people. The house was only a 10 min drive to the north gondola parking lot in town. Adam was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all messages. I would highly recommend this place if you are coming for a ski trip.

Family mountain vacation

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our huge group and the kids especially loved the hot tub. With that said, there are a few things I would be aware of. The house wasn’t as clean as we would expect and found a ton of spiderwebs throughout the property accompanied by MANY spiders. The absence of any outdoor furniture was especially disappointing given there are many big decks with beautiful views. Master bed was also sloped to the middle and made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and given some changes it would have earned 5 stars overall.

Great spot just outside downtown Breck

Awesome property, just a 5-10 min drive to Main Street, walkable or ride a bike to downtown. House is fantastic, plenty of room for a big group, views from the top deck are stunning, and not a lot of traffic up and down the road.
