Located just off Main street at the south end of Breckenridge ! Our first floor Ski & Racquet Club Condo & Clubhouse provides that out of town feeling with the convenience of town being nearby! In season, ski, board, skate, hike, bike, fish or relax!

The perfect getaway with covered parking just outside your door and enough room to sleep 7-8. Convenient free town shuttle is only steps away or walk to town in 5-10 minutes.

Enjoy the open space living/dining area for gathering with friends or family. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy one Breck’s many delicious restaurants.

Entertain with streaming on the flat screen TV in main living area , the warm gas fireplace and great deck for apres fun, complete with a grill and a mountain view!

Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed , TV and private modern 3/4 bath with double sinks and walk in shower.

Second bedroom has a full bed ,bunk bed and across the hall , a modern bath with tub.

Living area has pull out sofa (and there is a blow up mattress too!)

In season, ski, board, hike, bike, fish or relax!
In the warmer months play basketball, pickleball or volleyball on the outdoor courts, enjoy the kids play area or relax and sit around the clubhouse campfire.


After a full day of adventure, wind down at the clubhouse complex complete with NEW hot tub, indoor pool, pool table, and sauna. Showers and bath facilities available at the clubhouse too!

Easy access to laundry facilities within the condo complex.

Also drive friendly to Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-Basin, Vail or Beaver Creek, Lake Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne Outlets & Quandary Peak.

We had a great stay at Linda's! The condo was very spacious and located a short walk from downtown Breckenridge (10 minutes to get to the main downtown area). We had 6 people that stayed in the condo, and it worked perfectly for our needs. The brown shuttle pulls up right out the front door, which made getting to the slopes extremely easy.

Home was clean and very comfortable...any questions we had were answered in an organized notebook. We loved the well-supplied kitchen and the deck at the back. Watched a mama and baby moose meander by one morning. Condo is in a great location! Just a bit away from the main part of town so it was quiet, but within walking distance.

This condo was a perfect getaway for our family of 7. It was in a great location, close to everything but far enough away you couldn't tell you were a 2 min drive to all of the shops. My kids loved the club house. The beds were very comfy. The host answered any question I had very promptly. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect spot for our family with 3 kids (16, 13, 11). The accommodations were perfect and proximity to town was ideal. The kids took advantage of the indoor pool and basketball court! We will be back!!

great stay for my family

The home was perfect for my family, clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, close to ski resorts. Plenty of space to relax and spend time together. I appreciated the covered parking right outside the door. The shuttle was steps away, but we chose to drive for convenience and flexibility.

Wonderful home close to the slopes

Linda's place was amazing! We were a big group of 6, but it still didn't feel cramped. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook most nights, and, best of all, the shuttle to the slopes is right outside the door! And you get the hot tub as well.

Our family including kids wanted to do some skiing and we had an excellent stay at this place. The proximity to the shuttle is so convenient and we def made use of the pool and hot tub which is a nice add on. I would recommend this place

Great Stay Close to Town

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy mountain condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to town, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants, and even closer to the free bus line, which was super convenient. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the living space was just the right size to relax after a day of activities. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings and beautiful mountain views. Overall, this place had everything we were looking for—great location, convenience, and comfort. We would definitely stay here again!
