With easy access to the ski area’s 2,200+ acres of terrain, they also sit on the BreckConnect Gondola route at the Peak 7 turn station, providing direct access to Peak 8 as well as historic downtown Breckenridge. You can either rent or ship your skis to the property. After a day of skiing, come back and enjoy the heated pools or jacuzzis to relax away those sore muscles. If that's not enough, enjoy a massage at the massage studio inside, Soothe Spa. There is also an indoor kids pool with splash features and a waterslide. This charming two bedroom villa comes with everything you need to enjoy the adventure. The primary bedroom comes with a king-size bed, large dresser, flat screen TV, and ensuite bath. The large primary bath includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and ensuite bathroom. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination and a single vanity. The kitchenette includes a microwave, coffee maker, small stovetop, small refrigerator, toaster, sink, kettle, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils. The main living area situated between the two bedrooms has a large stone fireplace to enjoy, along with a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a separate dining area with seating for up to ten guests. The full kitchen comes with upgraded stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. This includes a full refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. There is also a washer and dryer included in the space for your convenience.
