This is a great condo in a great location: You’re just minutes from the Peak 8 base area and Historic Downtown Breckenridge on the free shuttle route. You’ll also enjoy the updated floors, granite counters, and shared hot tub access. Your family and friends will love it … you will too!

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom deluxe condo is set up to host six guests comfortably; it’s also great for two couples to share! There’s a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the living space. The flat-screen TV with complimentary cable is perfect for catching the game or watching your favorite shows. There’s also a patio off the living area for kicking back after a big day on the slopes or letting the mountain breeze flow through the condo.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, shared hot tubs and a private ski locker. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Beautiful property, great management

We didn’t actually stay at this property! There was a last-minute problem with the Gold Camp Silver Strike condo, just a few hours before our arrival. The property management company (Summit Mountain Rentals) seamlessly relocated us to a similar condo in the same area for the same price. The place was beautiful, comfortable, convenient, and quiet - just what we were hoping for.

Perfect condo for family or a small group. Solid kitchen setup, comfy living room, hot tub access, two bathrooms and plenty of hooks and ski storage make this a practical condo optimized for skiing.

Location, location, location!

This property is located just one stop away from peak 7 and two stops from peak 8 when using the free ride bus / shuttle (Gold Route line). What you see in the pictures is what you get!

Ski vacation

It was close to the bus shuttle to the top of the mountain and town. We did rent a car but you really could use the shuttle to get anywhere. The accommodation was good too. Smaller than I thought but was fine for the 4 of us.

Loud but convenient location

Condo looked great in pics but was not clean and had a bad odor, which we tried to alleviate by opening windows but the bus noise was so loud as this condo is located right on the road. Found an empty wine bottle under master bed..and floors were dirty in Living. Kitchen was well-stocked.

Gold Camp Refresh

The condo complex itself is older, but this unit seems recently refreshed. We stayed a week. The large living room and kitchen space were great to hang out in after a day of skiing and were nicely finished. The kitchen had one of everything you would need for food prep. The bedrooms and baths are small but fine for us since most of our time was spent on the ski hill. Two things to note are the hot tubes are in different buildings so be ready for the walk outside and up the parking lot to units G/H. The only other downside was the proximity to the road. Great to catch the local shuttle to the hill but it also means road noise early in the day as workers arrived for the day.
