The bathrooms have been transformed featuring new finishes and top-of-the-line fixtures. Located just two blocks from shopping and restaurants on Main Street, the residence allows for proximity to everything that makes Breckenridge special.

    Skip the parking hassles and walk to the gondola for a day of skiing or hiking. The home itself has four bedrooms smartly spaced on separate floors with the main living areas in between, allowing guests room to spread out when needed. A fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, and beautiful style throughout make the perfect backdrop for a wonderful vacation everyone will remember.

River Ridge was so easy to work with, called last minute and got early check in which was very helpful,,,someone always answers the phone, which is great customer service and appreciated. Only complaint is that it’s little longer walk to gondola- it’s up a hill so after skiing all day, needs a ride. But easy walk to Main Street

We loved this house & its proximity to town…. We could walk almost everywhere!! We had 6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs…. Everyone was happy! The hosts were very helpful & quick to respond to texts. Highly recommend if you’re in Breckenridge!

French Street Retreat was hands down the favorite we’ve stayed in. It was nice that the entire property had been fully renovated (including all bathrooms) and they chose comfortable furniture. The kitchen was super functional and well stocked (even though we didn’t use it). Too many good restaurants in Breck these days. Great location and highly recommend.

The check in process was easy, the home is outstanding, spacious, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent--we walked everywhere--Main Street shops and restaurants, Quicksilver lift, and Gondola--and the shuttle stop is just on the corner. We highly recommend this house if you're looking for a spot for a family vacation. We look forward to returning.

Our adult children and grandchildren joined us at different times. There was plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped for all the meals we prepared. Hot tub was right outside the back door, quite convenient. All the beds were very comfortable. River Ridge staff was extremely responsive and helpful. Very close to downtown, short walk or bus ride to the gondola. Would rent this house again.

Good location, easy walk to Main Street. Full complement of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, etc. Nice beds, linens, and towels. Maybe this is picky, but we could not find any hot pads for removing pans from oven, and could use some plastic glasses for use in hot tub. Didn't respond to after hours "emergency" phone call until the next morning.

Added the cottage behind the main house for a week when our adult children came to visit. The experience was terrific. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. We cooked every day. I enjoyed watching the sun rise and set on the mountains from the comfort of the living room. Easy access to the purple bus or easy walk to the gondola for those who didn’t want to wait. Location is perfect for walking to town as well as the sledding hill. This is our second year staying at this location. We’re looking forward to staying there again. River Ridge Rentals is very responsive to questions etc. hot tub was well maintained with frequent service.
