WINTER SKI ACCESS
Crystal Peak Lodge sits at the base of Peak 7 with direct trail access to Peak 7 terrain in winter. The BreckConnect Gondola station for Peak 7 and Peak 8 access is a short walk. Peak 8 base area is a gondola ride away. Breckenridge Ski Resort covers 2,908 skiable acres across Peaks 7, 8, 9, and 10 — from beginner rollers to advanced bowls and chutes to the Imperial Express SuperChair at 12,840 feet, the highest lift in North America. Breckenridge is part of the Epic Pass.

THE LOCATION
The Peak 7 base area is quieter than Peak 8 — that's the point. Direct trail access for skiing, gondola service running from the base for lift access, and Main Street Breckenridge a short walk down the hill. The free BreckFree town shuttle stops at the base area. The Breckenridge Nordic Center is a short drive, Country Boy Mine offers winter lantern tours, and the Stephen C. West Ice Arena handles public skating in town. Ullr Fest hits Main Street in January; the International Snow Sculpture Championships run late January into early February.

GILSON CONCIERGE
Professionally managed by Gilson Property Group. Add-ons available through the Gilson guest portal include pre-arrival grocery stocking, ski and snowboard rental delivered to the lodge, private chef, in-home massage, and airport shuttle from DEN or Eagle. Winter concierge menu is live from opening day through late spring.

GUEST ACCESS
Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in at Crystal Peak Lodge. Heated underground garage parking is included. Guests have full access to the residence plus lodge amenities — outdoor hot tubs, fitness center and steam room, gear and bike lockers, and the complimentary shuttle service around the base area.

Professionally managed by Gilson Property Group — a professional hospitality team, not an individual host. We give guests their space; if you need us, we are reachable through the listing messenger and respond fast.

BEFORE YOU BOOK — WINTER NOTES
Primary renter must be 25 or older. $250 refundable security deposit collected prior to arrival — or non-refundable Damage Waiver during pre-arrival verification. Heated underground garage parking included. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April. Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet — hydrate on day one.
