Weekend at the Breckinridge villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spotless, incredibly spacious, and within walking distance to downtown! We loved the central living room with the fireplace and balcony. The layout gave everyone plenty of privacy, with one bedroom upstairs (plus its own balcony) and two downstairs. Even though one bedroom wasn't en-suite, having three full bathrooms made it perfectly fine for our group. Highly recommend!

Great house with great property management.

We had a great stay at this property. The property managers were friendly and answered our questions in a very timely manner. The house was as nice as advertised and is in a great location. Easy to walk to town and to the ski slopes.

Perfect Ski Getaway – Clean, Cozy, and Steps from the Shuttle!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at this condo, and it was just as great as the first! It's spotless, well-appointed, and super cozy. The location is unbeatable—only about 200 feet from the shuttle, making it super easy to hit the slopes. Quiet and relaxing after a day of skiing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Overall Great Stay

Our group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) stayed comfortably in this clean and convenient property. There are two bus stops that are very walkable from the unit and are easy to get to and from Peak 9 (Beaver Run) for easy skiing. We walked to dinner (10-15 minute walk) on Main Street most nights. Inside was clean and updated. There are 2 parking spots with one in garage and one right behind; this was ok for the most part but a little inconvenient when part of the group went to ski and the other stayed behind and wanted a car to get around. The visitor spots near the unit are closely monitored and not an option for parking a second car for the day. Just something to be aware of if traveling with two cars/groups. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property for visits to Breck!

Dishonest Listing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is close to town and lift access; clean and a great layout. The listing stated 4 bedrooms and there are 3. I contacted VRBO with this concern to which they stated they would change the listing and I had to ask for compensation. VRBO would not take ownership for the mistake until I sent a screenshot of the listing stating 4 bedrooms. I am still waiting for their answer to compensate for an inaccurate listing. Please do NOT rent this property if you need 4 bedrooms.

Property Misrepresentation and Fraud by Property Management Company

We only had one issue w/ the property, but it was a MASSIVE one and totally changed and ruined our group's vacation together, we were split up as a result, & not able to all stay at the property as a result. The Prop Mgmt Company had the Property listed on VRBO for multiple months as a 4BR when it is not a 4BR, it is a 3BR. In addition, there were also other multiple omissions & failures in the listing details as well. During our ruined stay, the Prop Mgmt Company sidestepped responsibility, nobody took ownership or action to make an adjustment to our $ - just 'passing the buck'- and they also failed to follow up or respond in any way to us on the Monday after the wknd despite us being told in writing that they would. After 4 days and many hours on phone and email w/ VRBO & the Prop Mgmt Company during our vacation wknd, with no real action to make things right by agreeing to discuss a partial refund, the Prop Mgmt company then turned around & accused us of "threatening" them in an email, when in fact due to their failures, not ours, we simply just informed them in writing what actions we would be forced to take if they were unwilling to discuss a partial refund arrangement for their listing errors. It's sad that our group as of today is left with no other option than to proceed w/formally reporting the Property to the City Of Breckenridge, and filing a Small Claims Lawsuit in Summit County Court against the Property Management Company and VRBO for a partial refund.

Perfect Mountain Escape

Three bathrooms. We could not have asked for more. Lots of space, super comfortable, great kitchen and two balconies. 10 out of 10 stars. Would definitely stay here again. Great location. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Reviewer Comments: Location of the condo was great, and the space was comfortable HOWEVER two from our party got horrific staph infractions that are 99.99% from the bedding not being properly cleaned. The PM refused to acknowledge this. In general, the cleanliness was so-so, we found cheerios on the ground and other signs that there just hadn’t been a detail-oriented deep clean between guests.

This property exceeded our expectations!
