Location, location, location. Groceries, Starbucks, Gondola, Peak 9, great restaurants. All within a quick easy walk. Nice warm garage for car too. Just tiny, no dishwasher, dated, no window in bedroom. Still all in all suited our needs and location was incredible. Great and responsive host too!

Had an overall comfortable stay. The location is amazing!! Three minutes max to Main Street & seven minute walk to a dog park. Parking was easy and convenient. Check-in was easy and the location was easy to find as well. Space is cozy and the bed is comfortable, albeit a queen. Really loved all the hooks everywhere made it very logistically practical. Communications during our stay were slow and lacking.

Tremendous location, garage parking, very clean, great neighborhood, a grocery/liquor store literally across the street, super comfortable bed. The apartment was smaller and slightly dated, but we loved it, it suited our needs, and we felt there was so much value for the cost. Good communication with the owner as well.

Location — that about sums up any appeal to this place. It’s a great location, just a block from Mainstreet and very close to all you could want and need. The actual unit though? Dingy, old, cramped and for us, dirty. When we arrived there were fresh wet spots on the carpet and the place absolutely wreaked. We purchased air fresheners in hopes to help, but really it just masked the underlying stench of what smelled like the home of a hoarder. The host was poor in communicating and didn’t bother to address any concerns. Also the bed was concave in the center and uncomfortable. Sadly, we were happy to leave. If you have a strong sense of smell, this place isn’t for you.

Could of been a better stay

Upon arriving I felt that the instructions to the parking were a bit confusing. Reached out to ask and was told to read instructions. When I walked in the front door up the stairs it felt eerie because of the dark hallway and the outdated interior of the building. The room was clean and had everything needed . In the room there is also another door that goes in to the other apartment which had a dead bold attached . That made me feel in easy and couldn’t get a good nights sleep wondering if someone was going to come through. I could also hear the neighbors and the music bumping from downstairs. I would only recommend if you don’t care about a comfortable stay and you are on a budget.

Could have been better, still fairly happy.

Communication with host was good until it was time to check in. Never got sent instructions, host insisted they were sent. After back and forth with host, we finally got instructions an hour after check in. Place was cute and pretty accurate to description. Smaller than it seems, I wouldn’t suggest it for anyone not comfortable with everyone their with. It being a pet friendly place, it did reek of dog pee which drove us and my dog crazy the whole time. The main upside was the location. Walkable everywhere. We didn’t move our car once the whole 3 days. Walked to lifts, restaurants, dog park. I wouldn’t rule out staying at a Stay Living The Dream property again.

In the heart of downtown

This is a cozy little unit that had everything we needed. Its in the perfect location near all the downtown restaurants and bars and is walk able just to about anywhere. We came during winter and it was about 8 outside and snowing. The fact it has a indoor parking garage for your car is super handy. Would stay here again without concern. Its a great property.

Modest place, good set up, great location, limited responsiveness

Pictures were accurate, property was in great location, 1 block off of main street. Instructions were provided in a timely manner, the property was well set up with kitchen and bathroom basics. I have a lot of fragrance sensitivity and was not allergic to the bedding, which is a plus. The downside is that the television listed as an amenity didn't work (remotes went to a cable box I couldn't find and a different brand of TV and nothing turned the TV on), I emailed the manager on the first night and received no response or follow up at all. I was hoping to have the TV on for some white noise for my pup while I was out on the town, but that didn't work. Also, I chose the unit because it allowed a pet, the downside is that except for quiet hours (10pm - 7am) it seems like there were constantly dogs barking next door and down the hall. I'm ok with the trade-off, but it's possible that not everyone will be.

Summer getaway with the dog

Condo was in an amazing location, well appointed, comfortable, and a good value. Short walk to the river path, dog park, trails, and shops. Restaurants across the street in one direction and a grocery story across the street on the other side. Underground parking is a plus.

Incredible location!

Our family of three had a great stay! We walked everywhere as the condo is in the best location. With great restaurants, shopping, the ice rink, and the grocery store right next door...nothing could have been more perfect. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us over the long weekend!

Great Stay Off Main

Enjoyed a two fun nights in Breckenridge with our friends and family. We had two units and enjoyed them both. Picked this unit due to location and we could bring our four legged family member. Everything is within walking distance. The free Trolley is also easy accessible and easy to use. Side note: if you bring more than one car, there is a free overnight lot May-Oct off of Wellington.

Perfect location and secure building

I spent the week working remotely from Breck so was able to really settle in. This unit and building felt secure and was definitely centrally located. The grocery store is across the street too. It felt clean overall (carpets could use more frequent cleaning for being a pet unit and the sink being in the bedroom) and well managed. There were drink coozies and chapstick upon arrival which was nice touch. It is a very quaint unit but has everything you need. There is even a shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion dispenser in the shower. Water pressure is good too. It does sleep more than 2 but would cap it comfortably at that, especially with a dog. There were many dogs in the building and everyone that I came in contact with was very nice and respectful. The internet and garage were a huge plus. I have a 4Runner and was able to get it in and maneuvered in a spot relatively easily. I brought a Furbo to keep an eye on my dog when I would venture out without her. I would recommend staying at StayLTD properties and look forward to my next trip to Breck.

Great Location

The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our dogs for a quick weekend trip. It was very easy to find, check in and check out, and it was very quiet. It was also within walking distance of all our favorite spots!

Great location, check in process needs updating

Cozy condo only 8 minutes from Village Ski School which was perfect for our family of 4. Condo is on the small side, we were a bit on top of each other but all we really needed for our 5 day trip. Only part that was frustrating was the check in process. The code for the ski locker was nowhere in the check in e-mail that was sent. When I reached out to the manager about it, he referred me back to the e-mail despite the fact that I followed the e-mail instructions that were sent. The check in email could have been more clear and needed updated photos of what the ski locker looked like and where the keypad for the garage was located.

Family Ski Trip

This was our 1st family ski trip to Breck and this location was perfect! Very close to Peak 9 and food/shops! We never had to drive and just spent got to explore the town during our stay. Highly recommend this location and if you’re looking for a convenient spot for a mountain getaway!
