In need of the perfect couple’s ski vacation? You’ve arrived.  New to our desirable condo portfolio, this intimate ski studio welcomes you with its warm hues and rustic charm. Situated just a few steps from the Snowflake lift, you’ll find any opportunity to take advantage of the true ski/in and ski/out access this studio offers. Or, in colorful summer months, enjoy vibrant flowers and rustling leaves as the ski run becomes a hiking trail.

From the moment you walk in, stow your gear in the entryway cubbies. Hang your coats and toss off your shoes.
Your main sleeping quarters and three-quarter bath with walk-in shower is beautifully appointed. A cozy queen bed with a new mattress for nights of deep relaxation from long adventurous days on the mountain, will provide you with restful nights. Find a spacious closet off to the side for plentiful storage too.

Embark to the other end of the studio where you’ll find a quaint kitchenette with cooking tools and accessories. Or store leftovers from gourmet meals enjoyed along Breckenridge’s Main Street in your half-size fridge. A stove top, microwave and dishwasher are also available for your exclusive use.

Once in the living room, rest on the comfy sofa with your loved one or pile up on the cushy lounge chair. Kick up your feet and feel the ambient heat from the stone rock fireplace warm your chilled toes. Enjoy hours of entertainment using speedy wireless internet or over 100 cable channels. Not quite ready to rest? Open the shades and take in your private treed views from the living room window and enjoy provided board games or cards on the nearby table.

We provide additional blankets, pillows, towels and starter shampoo/conditioner sets, soaps and coffee.
This romantic studio is located in the Riverbend Lodge, with only 60 units, which avoids crowding and minimizes noise.

Pets
We regret to inform you that Riverbend is a NO pets allowed establishment.  Failure to comply is subject to a fine of $250 per dog with an additional $100 per day thereafter until the dog is removed from the property. 

We understand the joy of having the entire family along but ask that you respect these guidelines so that we may continue to offer exemplary ski and town access for years to come.  If you absolutely cannot live without your furry companion, please check out one of our pet friendly in-town units!
