This recently updated, third-floor condo offers an unbeatable location in Breckenridge, resort-like amenities, and all the comfort of a home away from home. After a thrilling day on the slopes, you'll love coming home to a cozy gas fireplace and gorgeous views of the mountains and town from your furnished balcony.

This condo is full of thoughtful features, from the open layout to the well-equipped kitchen. Seat your loved ones for dinner at the handsome wood dining table, play your favorite vacation soundtrack over the Sonos speakers in the living room, and let the dishwasher knock out the chores as you adjourn to the living room to watch a good movie on the 55-inch smart TV.

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Main Street Station is one of the closest properties to the QuickSilver Super Chair and the Maggie Base Area at the foot of Peak 9. On the grounds, you'll find world-class amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, quick and easy parking for one vehicle in the underground garage, and a seasonal shuttle service. The property also features several restaurants, shops, and even a full-service ski and snowboard rental facility. Leave your car securely parked and stroll through downtown to find everything from coffee shops to fine dining, massages, and independent boutiques.

In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun.

Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well. Be sure to check out the Breckenridge Sunday Market for delicious food and a chance to mix with local vendors.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Offseason issues

It’s the summer and it was 92 degrees! Who knew there is NO AIR CONDITIONING anywhere in town including the condo. If only the bedroom fan worked! GM did get batteries the next day but it was one uncomfortable night. Mattress is pretty bad too. Only one person at the front desk so when the key didn’t work the guest (me) was required to take the long walk back. Facility needs maintenance - hallways are hot and dirty. Elevator screeches metal on metal. But the condo is very nice and in an awesome location. Probably a great place to visit during ski season but it is a neglected place off-season.

Parking and Hot tub issues

The unit is awesome! Absolutely no issues whatsoever with it! When the staff tells you to park anywhere in the yellow or green section, ask them to physically show you exactly where you can or cannot park. We parked in what my wife and I determined to be the yellow section only to find 500 worth of parking fines on our windshield upon returning to our vehicle 3 days later. Wouldn’t be that difficult to tell guest “DO NOT PARK IN THE YELLOW SECTION WITH BLACK ON THE POST”. Yellow and black, stay back!We were told to email the property manager in regards to a credit which we will do once we return home. Don’t expect much from the hot tubs. A bit of an outdoor walk from our unit. There were 4 hot tubs, 3 working, none of them over 95 degrees. The first one we tried started off 90-95 degrees and then started pumping in ice cold water. Everyone in the hot tubs had complaints. Kinda sucked after a long day on the slopes.

Great weekend getaway

The unit was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Since there is no air (typical in a mountain town), we opened windows at night. The neighborhood is noisy (no fault of the owners) so it may not work for some people. On the other hand, the proximity to everything is outstanding and the reason behind the noise. Shops and restaurants are just steps away from the unit. Our only complaint was the complex pool. It had a lot of bugs in it. The complex should clean daily. We would definitely stay here again. The unit was well cared for and had a lot of nice extras like two large TVs.

Great Location

Easy check in and check out. Location was excellent. We were able to walk to numerous restaurants and shops. Condo was clean, kitchen had all necessary cookware. Parking was easily accessible. Would definitely stay there again .

Vacasa in Breckinridge

Location was great, near downtown area with quick access to shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival but terribly dry compared to outdoor locations. We stayed in early June and were excited to use the outdoor pool; however, upon arrival we learned the pool area was not open which was not relayed to us prior to our arrival. Also, property undergoing elevator maintenance which we also were not aware of. Otherwise, Breckinridge is a beautiful are with lots to do.

Fantastic property, will stay again

This is a fantastic property. Very close to the lift and, right next to all the activities on the Main street. The appartment is spacious, very clean, and has its own balcony. Washer dryer is on the same floor with detergent provided under the kitchen sink. The only negative is that the pool and hot tub is a little far.

Perfect location

Right in the heart of downtown Breck. It was so nice to have the parking space and just walk everywhere. The pullout couch wasn’t very comfortable, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. Pool was great, they are limiting to 45 people at a time and have to make a reservation 24 hours in advance, but it wasn’t difficult to get a time. Kind of nice that it wasn’t packed, and the 1.5 hours that they allow was plenty of time. Room was clean, kitchen well-stocked, loved having the option of on-demand for watching movies at night. Great place!
