Wonderful townhome for a Breckenridge ski trip. Plenty of wood for the fire, comfortable home, and the shuttle to the mountain is right down the street. Easy 10 minute walk into town as well.

We had a great time staying here, plenty of space to unwind after a long day on the slopes and close enough to the bus stops. We had our own vehicle and it was close to everything downtown. We'd come back.

great service
great service great home no hidden fees super smooth in and out, none of that "clean, take out trash, bunddle the sheets, wash the towels, move the furniture, set the thermostat to y+mx+b, turn the wiffi off" nonsense 10/10 recomended supper close to everything. way better than the condo the rest of our group stayed at that was supposed to be "ski in ski out". thanks for having us over. getting in was a little confusing though since you have to go in through the back but other than that it was a great experiance.

So overall the house is in decent shape. One thing to note is two of the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor with no bathroom. Given the master on the second floor had a bathroom those on the third floor had to go down to the first for a bathroom. BTW the stairs from 2nd to 3rd are spiral which is difficult for small children in the middle of the night. The location was excellent for access to town and buses to the lifts. One bad thing is the heat downstairs did not work well. One morning is was not working at all and the other is was relatively cold. Like below 60F. While 360 did attempt to make repairs, the need for a part left us with a cold house. 360 was apologetic, but I asked for consideration of a discount which we never received. We have used 360 before with wonderful success in Florida, but this experience has certainly burned some “lives”. It may be a while before we use them again.

House was clean and spacious. Has all the necessary kitchen gear.
Lots of towels, great parking, bus stop very close. Really good. The only shortcomings were the pillows that are to tall and bouncy and there was not christmas tree for us, snif! So we found the deer under the stairs and gave it some balls and lights!

Wonderful stay in Breck!
My family had a wonderful stay in Breck at this Mill Run townhouse. Book Breck checked in to see if we had everything we needed after our arrival. Unit is comfortable with cozy den alongside a spacious living room. WiFi is fast. Kitchen is well stocked. There is no bathroom on the third floor for the two bedrooms upstairs but not really an issue for us as our kids loved the spiral staircase. The only other minor issue was because of melting snow from warmer temps, the edge of the driveway got a little muddy. Short walk to the Quicksilver chairlift and some days I just drove the family to near Maggie’s pond and dropped them off and walked back to ski resort by myself to make it super easy for everyone. Bus stop is just feet away and makes it super convenient to get around town. Overall, we are more than satisfied and would stay here again. This place was a great value for the money!

Nice space - good for families, ok for friend group
We had a great visit at Warrior's Mark. This was by far the best stocked place we've ever stayed at - the owners/managers thought of everything you would need to make for a comfortable and functional stay. The unit itself was nice, albeit a bit awkward. The living spaces were great if you wanted to hang out by the fire and watch TV, or break away to the second living room and read, play games, or work. The bedroom/bathroom situation was a bit awkward. The two bedrooms on the third floor were nicely appointed, but there was no bathroom on that level. The master bedroom on the second floor was a nice size, but was open to the living areas below, so not much privacy. The second floor bathroom had a nice vanity outside the bathroom, which helped in getting multiple people ready, but the bathroom itself was very small. If you were a larger person, I don't know that you'd be able to navigate the shower. The bathroom on the first floor was a nice size, but with no bedroom on that level, it was a head scratcher. Floor plan aside, this unit met our needs.

Unique, fun, well-stocked condo. Walk to lift. 3rd floor bedrooms must walk down spiral staircase to get to a bathroom. Other full bath on 1st floor where no bedrooms are located. Also be advised the bunk beds should be great for kids, but very, very uncomfortable for full sized adults.

Very nice townhome.
The townhome is very nice with all the accommodations of home. The location is right on the free ride shuttle which made it super convenient to get both to the mountain and town. I'm only giving it a 4 because of the bathroom to bedroom configuration. There are 2 bedrooms (king and bunk beds) on the third floor but no bathroom and the staircase is a small circular one which is quite dangerous to traverse at night. I think the top floor is best for kids only.

Really short distance from shuttle buses.( I brought my 4 boys up there so it was a perfect space for everyone)
The staff @ Book Breck was exceptional and answered my calls and questions promptly and with graciousness.(everyone in Breckenridge is sweet and helpful, love that town)

Perfect House for multiple families
We had 5 families (23 people) stay at this home in Breckinridge. The location was great for easy drop off at Peak 8 (took about 7 minutes round trip to drop off skiers each morning). The layout of the house was great. The kids had plenty of room to play and spread out and the adults had the entire main level to visit! We hosted additional families for New Years Eve and it worked out great!
Book Breck was wonderful to work with. They replied to questions quickly and addressed requests immediately when we were in the house.
The only suggestion would be to have more dish towels in the kitchen.

Comfy and excellent location!
We stayed at this property over the Christmas Holiday and it was fantastic! It was very comfortable and set up well for gathering with multiple sitting rooms and an open floor plan. It was also conveniently located a short walk to the slopes and south end shops/dining.

Amazing location in quaint Breckenridge
The management at Book Breck was awesome & help us with more than we could have ask for. The condo was very clean & cozy...it had all the comforts of home, including 2 humidifiers, which were great for our kids. We loved building fires & our 1 & 3 year old loved the spiral staircase to the third floors bunk beds :). Loved being right off Mai. Street..walked to restaurants & stores. Very short drive to many amazing hiking locations! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

One of our favorites!
We've stayed in quite a few nice places in Breck but this one, according to the whole family, rates in the top two of all of the places we've stayed at. Love the open space, all of the different rooms, the fireplace and wood. The location is great - a little bit of a walk but not bad to the lifts or the bus stop is super close. We'll be staying here again for sure!
One more thing as a side note. The management company for this property is one of, if not the best I have ever dealt with. They are super polite, respond right away and just all around great people. There are a lot of places in Breck and around that just have terrible companies managing their property to the point of not wanting to stay there again because of that.
