Second Bedroom. A bedroom with two queen-size beds. This bedroom also has its own, huge wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A narrow balcony overlooking the river and South side of Main Street.



Parking Information (Paid). If you need parking and if available, one vehicle could be accommodated in the heated underground garage. Space is limited and requires an advance reservation, as it often fills up. The parking fee is not included in your booking total (since not all guests drive). The fee is set by our homeowner association and may change at any time Nightly fee based on the time of your visit: November 2026 - April 11th 2027 the fee is $50/night. The garage height clearance is 7 feet 6 inches. summer rate is $15/night. The charge will be billed separately to your credit card. If you prefer, Breck Park offers some off-site parking options.



Paid Parking. If you need parking, one vehicle may be accommodated in the heated underground garage when space is available. Parking is limited and must be reserved in advance, as it often fills up quickly (check availability). Please note that the parking fee is not included in your booking total (since not all guests arrive by car).
