Trails End is the perfect location for all Breckenridge has to offer!


This ski in, ski out condo has all the amenities you will need to have a wonderful vacation. The full size kitchen allows for cozy, home cooked meals after a day of skiing or hiking.


The bedroom has a king sized bed and the living room has a couch that converts to 2 twin memory foam mattress beds. A balcony equipped with chairs is perfect for relaxing on beautiful summer nights.

****The hot tub and pool will be closed from April 21-May 22 and September 14 - November 20 due to lobby renovations and seasonal closures**** Hot tubs that are located in the building will be under renovation starting April, 2025. A heated pool and additional hot tubs are available during summer and ski season directly across the street.

The condo is within walking distance to town and has a shuttle stop in front of the building to travel to the grocery store or the North end of downtown for dining and shopping. The condo is located at the base of Peak 9 with ski in, ski out access to the Quicksilver chair lift. Summer boasts ample hiking and biking opportunities.


SIX WORLD CLASS SKI RESORTS within a one hour drive. Obviously Breckenridge is the closest area, but A-Basin, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Keystone & Vail are all within easy driving distance of our home. We suggest you plan your ski days based on the snow accumulations and road conditions. Simply the BEST skiing in the world is right down the street!


WINTER ACTIVITIES FOR NON-SKIIERS
If skiing or snowboarding on 2,208 acres spread across four mountains isn’t enough, here are some other activities to keep your winter vacation in Breckenridge interesting and exciting.


Gold Runner Alpine Coaster: This coaster offers a new, thrilling way to get down the mountain. Riders sit in two-seater cars and control their speed around twists and dips on coaster track perched about four feet above the ground. The track meanders through the forest and alongside the ski runs on Peak 8. It’s such a blast, you’ll want to do it again. Store your skis at the entrance and ride in ski boots.


Dogsledding: This unique adventure gives you the opportunity to ride in the sled pulled by frisky Siberian huskies and then be the musher who runs the dogs. Guides teach you how. The tour goes for an hour on a plowed track through the woods just outside of town.


Snowmobiling: Explore the backcountry on a new 550cc Polaris snowmobile that you drive in one, two, or three-hour tours with Good Times Adventures. These fancy machines are equipped with hand warmers and back rests; snowmobile suits and boots are available for free.


And more: There are also sleigh rides; ice skating and hockey; Nordic skiing and snowshoeing; free sledding at Carter Park; historic tours; music; theatre.


GREAT GOLFING & MOUNTAIN BIKING throughout Summit County. We have 5 terrific golf courses and endless mountain bike trails for all of the outdoor enthusiasts!

Perfect cozy condo in great location!

This was the perfect condo for myself and my two sons. It was clean and well furnished! I loved the twin daybed and trundle in the living area instead of a sofa bed. Way more comfortable for kids!! That and the king bed in the bedroom were big factors in choosing this condo. The full kitchen was perfect and well stocked. We love this location… easy ski in and just pop skis on and a few yards to Quicksilver in the morning. Short walk to Main Street and lots of restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet accommodations in a great location

Convenient location to Quicksilver chair and walkable distance to town. Kitchen is well equipped and has a new range as of 3/2025 (since it was replaced while we were there). Our communication with the property owner was good and she quickly addressed a couple of issues we had. Note that the description says a grill is included, but apparently the building determined they were not allowed beginning in March 2025. The pictures also show a table and lamp between the chairs in the LR, however that lamp was not there and there’s no outlet on that wall which made it impossible to sit and read in the LR in the evenings. This unit worked for the two of us, but the furnishings felt a bit tired.

Great location

If you want true ski in ski out and don’t need a lot of room, this apartment fits the bill. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean with great kitchen tools (pans, etc). Great parking. Nice beds. Highly recommended.

Ski vacation

The property is in a great location for walking everywhere. I wouldn’t classify it as ski in and ski out, though. It’s a 10 minute walk to the lift. Megan was a great host and was able to accommodate our special request. When I pointed out a minor issue in the bathroom she had it fixed that day.

Location, location, location!

Perfect spot for our family! Ski on-ski off. Clean, quiet, and kitchen was perfect for eat-in breakfast and making lunches. Easy walk to town for shopping, dinner and apres-ski. Would definitely stay again.

1st time skiing Breck

So impressed by the property. The condo was fully stocked with necessities. The unit was impecibly clean. The location could not have been closer to Peak 9 base. Finally, property owner, Megan, provided crystal clear check in / check out instructions and was super responsive communicating with me. Great stay!! Tad

Great Condo, convenient location at Trails End

Long weekend getaway in a fantastic unit at Trails End. The property is a five minute walk to Main St. It's quiet (we slept with the windows open every night) and it has a small balcony that is accessible from sliding glass doors through the bedroom or the living room. We'll be back!

Great stay

Great condo in a convenient location. We have small kids and were able to walk downtown easily. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Megan was extremely responsive both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Owner Communication

Property is a great place to stay in Breck within walking distance of downtown. We did have an issue with water pressure in our unit, but we contacted Megan and she was on it immediately. It wasn’t able to be fixed while we were there so she moved us to another unit she had available. She also gave us a partial refund due to our relocation. Not to mention she was also on vacation and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying at any of Megan’s units. She was awesome!

Great Location; Great Space

Overall, this is a great place to stay in Breck. The three of us (2 adults, one child) found the space to be just right for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and there was plenty of counter space. One frustrating thing was learning on our last day that there was a separate building with a pool and hot tubs. We were told we had a pool access card but with zero instructions on how to get to the pool or anything about it. The only cons of the place are really just things I wish they would have had but want to share nonetheless. - more lighting, especially in the living room - more hooks throughout the condo (by the entryway for jackets, snowpants, etc.; in the bathroom next to the shower, in the bedroom to keep things off the floor) I would rather have more hooks and less decorations - i need functional space. - more side tables in the living room and entryway - we ended up putting things on the floor that would have been better on a side table (and there is plenty of space for this) - less pillows - there were so many decorative pillows we ended up using lot of space just storing the excessive amounts of decorative pillows that we never used

Very nice winter stay.

This unit is super convenient for skiing and walking through town. The balcony grill is great to have as well. The trundle bed in the living room is better than a regular pull out couch in my opinion. Pretty solid for a max of 4 people. Indoor/outdoor hot tubs were on site on the way to the slopes. Property owner was super helpful and quick to reply to inquiries. We had a special circumstance on our final night and Megan was super understanding and accommodated to help us out. This was our 1st time at Breck and we'd certainly book this place again. Thanks Megan!
