Welcome to this warm and inviting Breckenridge studio in Building 4 at Beaver Run Resort, where you can get about as close to the slopes as it gets. Step out of the studio, take the elevator down, and you’ll find the ski lockers and access to the slopes just steps away. Guests enjoy the many amenities of Beaver Run Resort, including ski-in/ski-out access on Peak 9, subject to opening and closing dates as determined by Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Originally decorated by a professional resort decorator, the studio has a cozy, winter-inspired feel with thoughtful updates throughout. The kitchen was expanded to include a full-size refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and generous counter space, making it especially functional for a studio. Built-in storage near the entry provides a convenient place for helmets, boots, and other mountain gear.

The sleeping area features a comfortable bed, ceiling fan, and a large closet—a feature the owners especially appreciate after once spending three months living in the studio with two adult children. With no carpet and a modern tiled, stand-alone shower, the space feels clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Seating for four makes the studio a welcoming place to enjoy a meal or relax together.

Building 4 offers a quieter atmosphere away from the main resort hub, while still providing easy access to Beaver Run’s extensive amenities via the Skywalk. Enjoy the cozy hot tub room and fireplace, nearby laundry, pools, game room, restaurants, market, and convenient shuttle service to town.

The woodland and mountain views are a favorite, with the ability to look up the mountain and watch snowcats at work—or keep an eye out for the moose that frequently wander through the area.

Located just a short distance from downtown Breckenridge, Beaver Run offers easy access to historic Main Street, local restaurants, shops, galleries, après-ski destinations, and year-round mountain activities. Whether you're here to ski, explore the town, or simply relax in the mountains, this Colorado Suite provides a comfortable and stylish home base with the convenience of a full-service resort.

There are no additional housekeeping fees. Daily mini service is available upon request and includes trash removal, replenishing amenities, and fresh towels. When you book directly through Beaver Run, you can also enjoy the convenience of leaving your suite without any departure cleaning required.

Winter is a favorite for skiing, but Breckenridge offers plenty to enjoy year-round, from hiking and snowshoeing to great restaurants, theater, and exploring town. With the slopes, resort amenities, and town all within easy reach, you may find there’s little reason to move your car once you arrive.
