Situated at the south end of town, this fourth floor condo offers a spacious floor plan with a vaulted interior and beautiful views. Featuring an open kitchen, flat screen TVs in living area and master bedroom, gas fireplace and a balcony with expansive views of the ski area, this condo is finely appointed with the nice mountain furnishings. Whether here on work or play, you can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, recently updated to ensure fast, high-speed internet. Guests will have access to secured underground heated parking and elevator access.

Plenty of room

It was nice everyone had their own private bathroom. Plus, the five of us all had a recliner in living room. The location was nice for summer stay. Second floor full size mattress should be queen and replaced. It gravitated to the center and was hard to sleep on. Dinning table was huge but not comfortable.

great condo! great location!!!

loved the location to the quicksilver lift! loved the proximity to main st and downtown! Had one issue with the hot water heater needing reset and they sent someone right away!!!wonderful stay!!!

Great Condo, very comfortable!

I am giving this a great review even though we did have one problem with the hot water not being hot just warm. They came and adjusted it that day and all was good. The place is incredible and well managed. You pick up the key at a different location and drop off is a bit inconvenient. But the value for the money is there and very comfortable to be in.

Great space, Great location

there where 10 of us and there was plenty of space. location was perfect walked to the slops and downtown. check-in was confusing, need to goto office on main st. office closed at 5pm, seems little early for have to check-ins. They are still using keys for door, better option would be lock box, or a touch pad with code. especially with ten people coming and going at different time. we basically had to leave the door unlocked so everyone had access when ever they needed to get in.. not ideal.. but beside that the place was perfect and would us it again.. thanks

Awesome place!

We had a great stay. Location was perfect. Easy walk to Main Street. Great views from the condo. Perfect for our family. We had four adults and two kids and it was the perfect amount and space and layout. Would love to stay again!

Great place!

The location of this unit is spectacular! A short walk to town and it looks over the mountains which is an added bonus. The unit was clean and the check in process was painless. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is considering a summer or winter stay in this beautiful town. We look forward to coming back!

Great location and beautiful views!

This was an ideal place for our big family. We had plenty of room to spread out and be together. Downtown and easy hiking trails are easily accessible. Nicely equipped kitchen had everything we needed. Would strongly recommend for families!

No parking, no dryer

If you rent a large SUV you cannot park in the parking garage, the one spot they have reserved is next to a wall with exposed pipes overhead. We scraped the top of our SUV when we tried to park. Upon check-in, we were told the dryer was not working and would be fixed by the second day of our stay. It was not and the front office said that it will not, due to not having proper part. A week of no laundry for 10, was not happy. Housekeeping did send over 10 towels on our last night. The patio with the grill was never shoveled, it was all snow/ice therefore, we were not able to use the grill. The bedding appeared as though the comforters/blankets had not been cleaned or changed in quite a while and all sheets did not properly fit the beds. It has carpet that could use a good cleaning as well. The property is in a good location with easy access to town and chairlift!

Great Location

Awesome place to stay with a big group. You can ski down the hill almost to the lift. Walking distance to everything. The layout of the house was great too. Two rooms downstairs and a pull out couch downstairs as well. Room upstairs is almost split into two with many beds.

Perfect Handicap Accessibility

We had a family of 11. 6 adults and 5 kids, we had everything from a 2 year old to an adult that needed a scooter. This property had great parking and elevator access. Our only complaint was when running the dryer it’s not vented well so it made it stuffy. The upstairs was hotter than the main level as well. But it was a nice place and had enough room for us to all not feel like we were constantly on top of each other! Plus it was a Quick walk to main street!

Can’t beat the location!

The location of this condo was perfect! It was a 3 minute walk to the chairlift and a 5 minute walk to Main St. It was spatious enough for our group of 8, but would have been a little crowded with more than that. Beds were comfortable and plenty of living space for all to sit together. The only complaints were being given the wrong keys at check-in and one of our tub faucets was broken, but the staff was very responsive and brought us the correct keys right away and fixed the tub within 20 minutes. Overall great stay and would stay again if back in Breck!

This property was great for our group of five. Plenty of room to spread out and close to everything we wanted to do. The mattresses weren't the greatest, but overall fabulous place.
