Summary:

"THE BIG SNOW" is an elegant and luxurious home located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy a 3-5 minute walk to and from the gondola and everything that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. The open-concept living area and chefs kitchen is sure to please. Enjoy the stunning views of Breckenridge while preparing a meal together after a great day on the mountain or exploring Breckenridge. Ample dining area seating will bring the family together to reconnect and reminisce about the day.



The Space:

Sleeping: This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is perfectly equipped for a family or families traveling together and offers two master bedrooms with king beds, a full/full bunk room, and a bunk room featuring and additional four full size beds. Bedroom 1: king bed with attached full bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 2: king bed with attached full bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 3: double/double bunk bed with jack and jill full bath (sleeps 2-4); Bedroom 4: two double/double bunk beds with shared full bath (sleeps 4-8). Maximum overnight capacity - 12



You will enter this house on the main level.

Up one level from the main level is the primary bedroom with a king bed and attached full bath.

Down one level from the main level are the other three bedrooms.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the best of both worlds with easy access to town and the mountain. The walk-ability is second to none in Breckenridge’s newest and most centrally located development. The Columbia Lode neighborhood sits on the North end of town (Main Street) with an easy 3-5 minute walk to the gondola where you will begin your day on the mountain. Main Street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge are also a block away. With the grocery store just across the street, a rental car is not necessary in this location.



Getting Around:

You can easily get away without renting a car at this house. It is close enough to everything you will need. Please note: There is room for four cars to park at this home. Two inside of the garage and two outside of the garage.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple. As a professional property manager, we strive to make staying with us as easy and hassle-free as staying in a hotel. Checking in and out is simple and someone is always available to provide assistance. Rest assured that you’ll arrive to a professionally cleaned and fully stocked home. We’re here to make your stay perfect!  Strictly animal-free due to allergies or other necessary circumstances. Exterior Security Cameras in place. Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with pet/animal, party, and event restrictions.

Nice Spacious House near Main Street

This house was well maintained, very spacious, and kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space in garage for our bikes and cars, and a large living room with nice TV to watch the Chiefs game!

Breckenridge Paradise

We absolutely loved this property. The location was perfect. The house was in a nice neighborhood, walkable to the grocery store, the gondola, Main Street. The house was well appointed with dishes, cookware and spices for meal preparation. A few minor requests received very quick response from the management team. I would definitely recommend and would return.

Perfect vacation house

Everything about our stay at this beautiful home was fantastic. The home was modern, clean and comfortable and features gorgeous views of the mountains/Peak 8. The location was unbeatable and Main Street was a very, short and easy walk from the front door. This was the best furnished rental home I’ve ever seen. Every little thing that you could possibly want or need was stocked in the home. The host is very quick to respond to any questions…all in all, you can’t go wrong with this home. We’ll be staying here again on our next trip out.

Very nice and large 4 bedroom Townhouse at the end of Breckenridge main street

Houase is very nice, two of the four rooms have bunk beds. Modern Kitchen and ample mud room and garage. Location is convenient to main street (at the north end), and depending on your stamina a reasonable walk to the Gondola (between 5-7 minutes). Very good communication and responsiveness by Fonda, any items missing or any issues she was on top of helping resolve. Would stay here again.

The Big Snow was fabulous!

Beautiful house with stunning views. Location was perfect for walking to gondola and town. I’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and this was by far one of my favorites. It was very well stocked with towels, dish soap, paper towel, laundry soap, shampoo & conditioner - all the essentials I’m usually running to the store for. Appliances were new and clean. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware and service g dishes. Tons of storage and room for all of our ski and snowboard gear. The fireplace pumped out generous heat which made the house cozy and the hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely Home in Breckenridge

Just returned from a wonderful vacation in Breckenridge. The house was exactly as pictured with lots of light and lovely furnishings. Huge kitchen with everything you need and all in great condition. Plenty of seating for meals and for tv/movie viewing. Our group of 6 adults (3 couples) were very comfortable and each room offered privacy. The house is SO convenient to town and made walking to shops and restaurants super easy. The deck was sunny and warm, but seldom used due to the loud traffic noise, which was thankfully not too bad inside the house, but which did wake us up fairly early each day. That was the only downside and sound sleepers might not even notice it. Overall, a really great stay.
