Overall a great vacation. Well located and appointed. Clean and tidy. Spacious and comfortable. Great views. Only room for improvement was some of the cooking equipment. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great family times

Once every 3-5 year family gathering. This home was perfect for our age group and the basement game room was greatly appreciated. The back deck was perfect for star gazing and mountain enjoyment. Thanks to the Botti family for making it available through VRBO.

Great Family Spot

Toby's place was great. It was large enough for 3 families to spreadout and be comfortable. We apprciated all the nice touches and appliances. It was in a great location in Breckenridge and central to everything. Enjoyed the views and will be back.

Beautiful Breckenridge home

We stayed with our family at this beautiful Breckenridge home. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving in the mountains. The home had a perfect kitchen for our meal. . Thanksgiving was at the Breckenridge house. We love the Jacuzzi and the view. Will definitely come back here again.

Great stay for a family vacation

The house was great for four couples and a couple kids, plenty spacious. The stream and walking path that ran by the house were nice and provided relaxing ambient sounds. Kitchen was well stocked so we could cook our own meals there. Close drive to do anything in town. There were landscapers there during the stay that we hadn't been informed of, but this didn't have a large affect on our stay.

A great girls weekend celebrating my 50th

Hands down a great weekend and Toby made everything so easy from booking to checking in. House was gorgeous and spacious. The views for morning coffee were breathtaking. Bonus for all of us dog lovers there was a trail behind the house where people walked their dogs. Hot tub was absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend this house enough. If your looking for that getaway you must look here.

Family Vacation

This house was just perfect. We had 3 families which included 6 adults and 3 children. There was lots of space to spread out and a bunk bed room just for the kids! The location was beautiful and close to all our activities.

Great House in Breckenridge

Views from backyard were amazing. The house was cozy, clean and had everything you could possibly need. Really enjoyed staying here and location was great. Oversized beach towels would be a nice addition.

Perfect Stay

Seriously in love with this stay. Everything was absolutely amazing. Very clean. I loved the small things, like the shampoos and makeup wipes etc. Views are amazing and you definitely won’t be bored with all of the activities at the house. Property manager was very responsive. Would love to come back again and again.

Great experience, beautiful property

We absolutely loved the house and the view! There’s so much to do inside the house if you’re too tired to go back downtown. The location is very close to the gondola and the shops. The book provided for activities was greatly appreciated. Directions for recycling were confusing and the instructions for check-out were a bit aggressive so we had to call for clarification. We had to assume guests in the past must have been slobs. Overall, very impressed and would definitely recommend to our friends!
