The one-bedroom condo (900 sq. ft) sleeps four and features a full kitchen, king bedroom, two full bathrooms, one queen sleeper sofa, and two flat-screen TVs. Comfortable living area with thoughtfully designed furnishings.

The Grand Colorado front desk and concierge staff are amazing! They will check you in, book dinner reservations, share the on-site activities and respond to your needs 24/7.

Your condo allows for one parking space. You can park in the garage for the week and then ride the Gondola, city bus or Resort Free Shuttle into town.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 4 p.m. on your scheduled check-in day and check-out is at 10 a.m. on your scheduled check-out date. Late check-out after 10:00 a.m. is available on a limited basis. There is a 6-hour window between check-out and check-in for scheduled cleanings and/or maintenance. Anyone that does not abide by those Rules and Regulations will be responsible for charges.

PARKING

SHUTTLE SERVICE
Grand Colorado on Peak 8 offers a courtesy shuttle service to take you and your guests anywhere within the downtown limits of Breckenridge.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all units and unit decks. Tobacco smoking is only allowed in designated areas within the resort.
DAMAGES
Charges will be assessed for any damages incurred. This includes, and is not limited to, repairs, replacements and labor cost associated with damages to property, furniture, carpet and other items determined.
FINES
A minimum $500 fine will be assessed for violation of any resort policies. This includes, and is not limited to, pet, smoking and parking policies.
PET POLICY
You may see guests with pets, as owners of condos may have their pets on-site, although they are not allowed in common areas. Pets are not allowed in the elevators, lobby area, movie theaters, aquatics area, fitness center, or spa. Your pets can be kenneled at The Dog House in Breckenridge.
HOUSEKEEPING POLICY
Please note that your stay does not include daily housekeeping services. However, you will receive a complimentary weekly service during your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available for a nominal fee during your stay.
