The main living area contains a formal dining table that seats 6, large couch and 60-inch Smart TV, featuring premium channels and Netflix. Our fully stocked gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, a large island that seats 4, stainless steel appliances, along with all the necessary utensils, small appliance and dishes to create gourmet meals. The Master suite features a king size bed, walk-in closet, 50 inch flat screen TV and large sliding doors overlooking the pool. The Master Bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The Second Guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv and direct access to the pool area. The Third Guest bedroom is furnished with a custom-made bunk bed that has a full bed on the bottom and two twin beds. The bath bathroom boasts a soaking tub/ shower. This bedroom has direct access to a separate patio off the pool area. The home is equipped with fiber optic internet (which allows for the ability to work remotely). There is A/C in each room along with ceiling fans to enjoy the ocean breeze. The outside area features a covered terrace with a custom-made table that seats up to 10 people. In addition to the infinity edge pool, there are plenty of lounge chairs, a separate seating area with hammocks, and a new grill for outdoor cooking.
